“Television Operation”

Hotel was in process of renovativing. Except for difficulty in operating a new television without normal guidence cards, everything worked fine. The desk clerk offered to get someone to assist us, but by that time we had finally got the basketball game we were interested in.

“Not impressed and now need a chiropractor visit or two.”

The beds were like sleeping on box springs. Hard and flat. We tossed all nite and had to change cancel and change to another hotel the next nite. It was very uncomfortable sleeping. Will not stay at any Best Western again. Thought they would have better beds.

“Uncomfortable beds”

The hotel was clean, but seemed to be in a un-safe area. We had to register through a window on the side of the lobby because we arrived around 10:00PM. Themajority of the parking is not well lit and is behind the main street. I did not feel safe walking to and from my car. The beds were very uncomfortable and we both had back aches the next day.

“Good value in Hemet”

The room had a little kitchenette which I hadn't expected, but it turned out to be a good thing. I was in Hemet because my aunt was having surgery so after spending the day at the hospital I just wanted to collapse in my room. I used the little oven to cook a frozen dinner and the frig to keep drinks and yogurt. The only thing I would say negatively was that there were no utensils although there were plates and a few pots and pans. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was quiet and consistent. Just what I needed to recover from a long day!

“Don't ask any questions!”

Staff at a motel/hotel must have knowledge of their location. i.e. how to get to ....where is a good mexican/italian/french restaurant...if I want to go north out of town, which route do I take...
