They overbooked the hotel by more than a hundred people and canceled all reservations made indirectly without notifying guests the night before the solar eclipse. I had no place to stay. They won’t answer their phone now when Expedia calls to confirm that they overbooked so that I can be compensated somehow, so I’ve gotten no help from the hotel.

I was denied a room at this location because the management at the hotel erred and overbooked. I understand mistakes happen but it’s truly indefensible on the part of management to not contact the people and let them know of this issue and inform them once the customer is at the property. It’s unacceptable on the part of the management to allow this to happen.

Despite our pre-paid reservation months in advance they said they had no room for us and turned us away. Drop Econolodge from your offerings. I expect a full refund at the least but it is a sorry way to run a busines.

Felt as though I was going to fall through the floor in areas. Hot water only stayed on for 5 mins. House keeping were noisy with there cart. Key to door was deactivated on my second night. I will not be coming back.

Really good free wifi, probably the lowest cost in the area. But, i found a roach and another large bug in my room, the mini fridge did not work and smelled AWFUL, and housekeeping only came to clean the room once in my 4 night stay.

window clerk very inhospitable; wouldnt let me sign in for my room; kept asking me how many people even though he had already pulled up my reservation and asked for my ID; claimed a flood had gotten to my room and no more rooms were available and that they were all booked up for one month with workers; refused to suggest other hotels, refused to call around for vacancies refused to give phone book for me to call around; kept looking around me at my cab and looking me up and down; this was after i had been contacted earlier that day to ascertain my arrival time and that they would upgrade me to a large fridge if i wanted it because i was staying so long. very cold reception

First off, I knew I was not getting a five star hotel when I booked. When we walked in the room, it was obviously dated (met expectations) but was really clean. Things went down from there. You will not have to worry about bed bugs. The bed was so uncomfortable I’m sure they wouldn’t even sleep there. The mattress was hard as a rock and had a thick plastic mattress protector on it that crinkled when you moved. Walls were paper thin, we heard noises from multiple rooms all night as well as lots of activity outside (car alarms, music and people talking). If you absolutely have to have a place to sleep, sleep in your car.

Mediocre Experience.
The stay was ok. Pillows were not very comfortable, the toilet paper was very cheaply made, the towels were cheaply made, stains in the bath tub. Quiet area. However, the hotel price was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.
