nice resort all aroundPosted Nov 10, 2013
Pros: we liked the resort generally, car park offered, free internet at the restaurant ( a bit slow)
Cons: better internet in the restaurant i think, not really a minus though
Location: not so many things to do around execpt golf around there. you do need to take rides or offers for travelling on the island.
The apartment was nice, we had a lovely view, a fully loaded kitchen, hair dryer, microwave, toaster, even ironing available, just like a normal home will have. our apartment was too close to the restaurant, and we had some noise coming in from the air ventilation system, but i think others room that are not so close to that are safe from that. Very close to the airport, the resort offers tours but we had our rented car for traveling. Staff had good English and good services.

Nice and relaxing short breakPosted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: Everything there that you needed for a short break to get away and relax.
Cannot fault this complex ..... Staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble . Light entertainment every evening, happy hour not to be missed. A short walk to a lovely little village/town with a few gift shops , bars and restaurants .

A home from home with entertainmentPosted Oct 19, 2013
Pros: Apartment was well equipped and the cleaning staff changed the bed linen and cleaned the apartment thee times during the week we were there.
Cons: Restaurant and shop prices in the complex were a bit high compared with other nearby restaurants and shops.
Location: Nice coastal walks and three golf courses nearby but very little else that would be of interest to the teenage visitors.
Very clean and homely environment with good entertainment and leisure facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Very pleased with our first visit there and would recommend it to my friends and family. Airport conveniently close but that means that there is a bit of noise as aircraft take off or land when they pass overhead close to the holiday centre.

excellent complex, every facility you would needPosted Oct 2, 2013
Pros: Peace and quite but with plenty to do
Cons: the ceiling fans could be replaced with air con......but not really a problem
Location: central location 2 mins from bus stop 10 min walk to seafront , good Irish pub 5 mins walk with happy hour mon-fri from 4 till 7 also does cheap food
Stayed for 5 nights at end of september, the apartments are excellent ,very clean and modern ,even had a washing machine.Flat screen tv with plenty of english channels including sports. Only problem was that it was so hot the ceiling fans would not keep you cool in the hot nights....being a regular to Tenerife for the last 13 years I have never known it so warm.......so usually the ceiling fans would be fine. The onsite restaurant is called Zacharys and is very good quality and whilst slightly more expensive than other places nearby it is well worth a visit, most nights there is entertainment which on the night we went was very good. The pool area is very clean and you could always get a sunbed without having to reserve one.

Comfortable and immaculate apartmentPosted Apr 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
Everything about this hotel I thought was fantastic. The apartments are arranged in a Spanish village style around a pool / entertainment / restaurant area, adjacent to the golf course. The complex is immaculately maintained. Staff were very polite and helpful. My apartment was spacious and was truly immaculate - looked like it was brand new. It had modern and quality decor. The kitchen had a fridge, washing machine, cooker and microwave. The bathroom had a shower and a bath. TV had 8 popular UK channels. I had a large balcony with a private area with sunbeds. Being on the 2nd floor, it was not overlooked. I had a view of the pool and partial sea view. I could not believe how clean the place was! On site there is a restaurant with mainstream menu and reasonable prices. There is children's entertainment and a free show every evening. The hotel sits on a much larger golf / marina / holiday development with doctor, supermarket, tours, restaurants etc. The local bus service runs through the complex and is cheap and reliable and goes to the main resorts. The resort does not have a proper beach, but the best natural beach on the island (La Tejita) is a 15-minute bus ride away. I thought the price was very reasonable as well. The complex is close to the SW end of the South Tenerife airport runway, so you can see and hear planes landing during the day and evening. This did not really spoil things overall, but I would recommend taking ear plugs to get to sleep.

Nice place for pleasant and comfortable stayPosted Mar 13, 2013
It was definitely great place where to enjoy lazy holidays starting from nice stuff and finish with every single small detail. So if you want to stay in kind of typical tourist village this is good place. Apartments were much better then we expected. In rooms, kitchen was everything for comfortable living for longer time, very friendly for families and good for couples who loves to get privacy. Neighbor’s don’t disturb each other. Nice design, beautiful place, not far from ocean, next to great golf fields. Loved the outdoor space for each of apartment where we got great view to ocean. In first moment it could be a bit hard to find…so we decided to take taxi (from South airport 15 Euro), but basically there is very good public transport near the apartment as well which goes to closest towns. Very nice stuff (who speaks in other languages as well not only Spanish), always willing to help if there some issue or question. As well there are many options, excursions which are provided in reception…in every evening have some entertainments…so I would say everyone can find the best according their wishes. We didn’t try the food in local restaurant, but there are so many different kind of restaurants around that every night can enjoy dinner in different place. And kitchen is good so can make food in apartment…only closest grocery shops are quite poor and expensive, but supermarket we found by 1 km walking!

Good and friendly resort.Posted Feb 11, 2013
Pros: Restaurant, staff, useful shop, pool area, cleanliness.
Cons: Aircraft noise, not awful but significant.
Location: Handy for airport and golf course, quiet apart from planes, not many restaurants etc nearby.
Our week in a one bedroom appt. at Sunningdale booked with Expedia seemed good value for 340 pounds. It was quite spacious with big sofa bed, dining table for four and a large TV with the five main UK channels and a few more, the decor was very pleasant and in good condition. The bedroom had a double comprising two singles together and lots of storage space, use of the safe is 1.50 a day. The kitchen was very well equipped with cooking utensils etc., washing machine but no dishwasher. No air conditioning but large ceiling fans, not needed in February. Only one mid week clean, when towels were also changed, but I couldn't fault the standard. We tried one dinner first before committing ourselves to a half board offer of 5 dinners plus 5 breakfasts or lunches for 99 euros which seemed very good value. We were very pleased with both the quality and quantity of the food. The staff were very friendly and the entertaiment enjoyable. There is a fixed a la carte menu plus a chef's special each day. The half board covered a main course and dessert for dinner plus one item for lunch or full english, toast and a drink for breakfast. I would reccomend hiring a car, we paid Autoreisen only 101 euros for an oldish Fiesta in good condition, parking wasn't a problem. The pool area is very pleasant, only negative is the planes, the approach path is almost overhead, so conspicuous but not deafening as they are landing, about 3 an hour average, between about 9am and just past midnight.
