bad nightPosted Aug 6, 2013
We found the appartment satisfactory. It was open and light, well equiped and relatively clean. But...we were told it was a hot day, and we noticed it. It was very warm in the bedrooms. We tried to sleep with the fan on, but it started swinging and making noise after a while. Then we started sleeping with the windows open, but there was too much noise from the planes, until after 2am!

Good family holidayPosted Apr 10, 2013
Arrived at the villa late and there was a smooth process in place to make sure we got in before booking in at reception the next morning. Apartment was cleaned every few days and the pool was cleaned daily. Good access to the main motorway but a car definitely helps. Would recommend for a relaxing stay.

I stayed a night there and service quality was so bad that i changed my hotel the day after. First the room wasnt serviced well. No shampoo no soap and then i asked for. They said we dont have any. The beds were uncomfortable and noisy. The food was expensive and poor quality. Any how i would never recommond this hotel to anyone.

Fantastic Seafront Location and Very QuietPosted Apr 16, 2012
Pros: Very clean and comfortable apartment with a great seafront location and fantastic views.
Cons: Distance from local supermarket or restaurant, but OK if you enjoy walking.
Location: Little to do in the local area apart from golf or sunbathe - but great if that's what you go for.
The seafront Ritz Apartments are part of the Casa Club, Amarilla Golf and Country Club and about a mile from the Clubhouse down on the rocky seafront. The small amount extra we paid for the sea view was well worth it, with nothing but a rocky wilderness between the large terrace and the sea about 100m away. The gate to the heated community swimming pool was right opposite the front door to our apartment No.A1! The apartment itself was well furnished, comfortable and very clean with an en-suite to the main bedroom. The nearest supermarket, run by expat Brits, is about a 10 minute walk away whilst a 20 minute walk along a well maintained coastal footpath, past the marina is a small selection of restaurants. If you want a quiet, get away from it all break, or to play golf, then this location is ideal.

Great for quiet timePosted Apr 10, 2012
Great for families - independent house with a shared pool nearby. Patio with sunbeds and outdoor furniture to enjoy the excellent weather. Definitely need a car as this is very far from any shops etc. Several beaches and eating places are less than 20 minutes drive with a car. Contrary to what it says on the website, there is no internet in the apartment - the closest wifi is about 2 Km away in the reception of the resort. Housekeeping / maid service is limited to alternate days (again the website information is incorrect on this point). The houses have a fully equipped kitchen which is very convenient for lazy breakfasts and family time together.
