Great hotel for a family!Posted Aug 6, 2013
Pros: Staff, pools and breakfast.
Cons: Choice for evening meal buffet.
Location: Great location - fairly out of the way, but only a short journey into the local town of San Blas.
The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious and cleaned to a good standard. There was plenty of space to ensure a family wouldn't get on top of each other when spending time in the apartment. Breakfast was a pleasure and there was a wide selection for all members of the family to be satisfied. Outside, the three pools provided plenty of entertainment to keep the whole family entertained for an hour through to a whole day spent relaxing. The entertainment provided was of a good standard and I would happily stay at this hotel again in the future.

Come on people !Posted May 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
We use this hotel as its convenient close to airport (I know it's on the flight path but we don't notice this after a while) the rooms are large with bedroom separate lounge kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchens are basic and have a fridge we normally go self catering as we eat out so apart from odd sandwich at lunch and cup of tea we don't use the oven or rings. The hotel has its faults with grout missing etc but its as clean as it can be and the staff work hard and we have found them to be pleasant enough never had a problem getting sun beds and the only thing we get from pool bar is drinks The thing to remember here its £30 - £40 per ROOM per night so it ain't the ritz and its quiet Request high floor pool view for sun on balcony pm early evening The only thing that's a problem is the wifi is not free and if you pay it's slow and drops out frequently so we just went over the road to the Irish bar or the mill or wild geese pub all have free wifi

Great place for a relaxing break in the sunshine.Posted Apr 17, 2013
Pros: Spacious and very clean
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Very close to the southern airport, so no good if you can't stand aircraft noise when you're around the pool. We weren't disturbed in our room.
The hotel was just as advertised with spotlessly clean, big rooms (we had 3 people in a sleep 4 room), great pools, good food. Just what we needed for a short break.

Clean, Shiny but basic.Posted Apr 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
The stay was good. Although the pillows were very poor quality, i.e. rubber foam. The poor quality of the TV with it's limited facility, i.e. only 2 English programmes and they were just news. Plenty of programmes for Germans or French. The pools were small and the majority of recliners had towels on them all day but no one using them.

Good hotel-location a minusPosted Mar 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very good, well-maintained apartments. Reasonable breakfast. Dinner poor-do not opt for half-board. Very well maintained pool. Poor bar. Location not ideal. No real village centre, however, bus service very close.

Decent but not overwhelmingPosted Jan 7, 2013
Pros: Size of room and of balcony
Cons: Qualuty of breakfast, wi fi connection
Location: Good if you have a rented car otherwise it is a big schlep to get to the beach (and the hotel pool is kind of tight)
Not sure this is a 4-star hotel: decent but more like 3-starish -- cheap soap and shampoo, no beach towels (you get them against deposit), broken safe deposit box, wi fi connection is antiquated, breakfast is blah (relatively rich but most items are of below-average quality). In general you can smell that management of this hotel is excessively money conscious. Perhaps good for their balance sheet but less so for guests' 4-star comfort. In short: you can do better with the same amount of money
