We had a very enjoyable stay in an apartment at GF Isabel. The hotel and grounds are like walking in a traditional Canarian village and the location is quiet but only a few minutes walk from transport links. Our apartment was large with comfy beds and plenty of storage. We didnt do much cooking but the fridge and kettle were handy. All the staff were friendly and helpful and greeted us with a smile. We chose the half board option which included a good choice of mains and salads, with a theme each night. The breakfast was also tasty with an option of an early breakfast with less choice but handy for when you have an early start. Coste Adeje is a great location and would recommend this hotel for a good value place to stay. We have booked Isabel again for January 2025 for an extra week to escape the UK winter!

Had a lovely week at GF Isabel over Christmas. The bungalow (an upstairs one) was spacious and spotlessly cleaned on arrival, and every day we were there. There was a decent sized, private terrace area with beds and a table/chairs. The main pool even though outdoors (and in December) was warmer than my usual indoor pool at the gym here in Scotland! More than enough sunbeds for everyone so there was no need to do the early morning towel dash to bagsie one! Breakfast buffet had a multitude of options, most items are labelled with dietary info e.g. gluten free, and there was soy milk and yoghurt for those who are dairy free. Staff were all pleasant and helpful throughout. There are 2 shopping centres nearby, both have a Dino supermarket. Highly recommended!

Poor start to holiday
Despite requesting a room with minimal step to climb due to my wife’s lung condition our initially allocated rooms was only accessible via a large number of steps, only after a considerable time we eventually were given a room with required a lift to enable our access. Obviously my request was ignored. Other than that the stay was excellent.

Like Time Travelling Back To The 1980's.
Overall a nice hotel, but the rooms/decor are still stuck in the 1980's but it is very clean and well maintained. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a villa too with it's own garden and plunge pool. It was a little annoying in this modern day and age there are no plug sockets near the beds and certainly no usb charger ports, so take a long cable if you need your gadgets by your bed. We enjoyed our time here, but probably wouldn't visit again as it's just too old fashioned for our tastes.

Love the garden bungalows. This is a family hotel so there are lots of children about. The food is not really aimed at British tastes but we found it was always possible to find something to suit. Well prepared and well presented. We really enjoyed our mini break..

I have stayed at this hotel about 10 times now and I have always enjoyed it but this time it was disappointing only because none of the animation team could play volleyball Which meant they didn't try hard enough to get the guests to play volleyball Which was supposed to be on every day,I only got 1game the 3 weeks that I stayed there

Nice hotel
Good hotel in good location with fantastic friendly and helpful staff. Only criticism is the lack of power sockets in the kitchen area of the self catering apartments , only one socket to try and use 4 appliances. A couple of sockets in the bedroom would be helpful too , as you have nowhere charge mobiles etc in there.

We stayed in GF Isabel for 10 days in a bungalow and we had a lovely time. We have small baby so we chose the bungalow and the rooms were spacious for our boy to crawl around. Service is excellent, they are available at all times to address any needs. This is a family friendly place, if we are to stay again in Adeje we will be staying here again.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and happy. The food options were great, in particular we enjoyed lunch options at the pool bar. The pool itself was very good. The room offered us 2 rooms and a mini kitchen which suited us very well. The hotel was very child friendly which meant we had everything we needed and were put at ease by presence of many other families. The hotel grounds are well kept and maintained, the plants are lush and beautiful. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to friends. Thank you so much for such a warm welcome.

For family holiday this is amazing hotel. Ocean view can be provided just from few apartments...from bungalows you cannot see ocean ....for family you have everything on site, a lot of advertising. The staff is is amazing and correctly for them 10 stars. A little bit difficult access with baby stroller because everywhere stairs.
