Pros: The chalets are cleaned every day & the staff are polite & helpful
Cons: The chimney stack outside of our chalet
Location: This location not suitable for the elderly or those with walking difficulties
this hotel is mainly for couples with children.in chalet 684 there is a chimney stack beside it ,which means you can't sit outside at your table as black soot blows all over this area.If you are older couples or have walking difficulties this hotel is in a very hilly part of town and not suitable if you wish to go down to the beach front where most of the bars, restaurants & shops are.Apart from that my wife & I had a pleasant week there

A great hotel for a family with a fantastic pool. The staff are excellent and go out of their way to ensure you have a great holiday. The food in the hotel restaurant was good with plenty of variety. A great place.

Great family hotel

Food good & varied but house wine with all inclusive very poor , recommend others to buy . Hotel typically Canarian in style . Bar furniture over formal and uncomfortable and not much of it most of the indoor seating was in the lounge where the entertainment was .. Pool areas good , we spent most time at children's pool as our son is 4 but went even when he was at the kids club as there was no music . Pool towels can be swapped daily which was good . Room clean and basic but lots of storage space . Local market within 2 mins walking distance as are shops . Woud recommend La Caleta village just down the road for excellent fish restaurants .

Pros: Excellent hotel, excellent food, good service, friendly staff
Cons: Wifi was available only in the hotel lobby, and even though it was free, it was still a hassle to go to the lobby everytime you needed the internet
Location: Costa Adeje - Walking distance to the beach, 10 euro taxi to the city centre in Los Cristianos / Las Americanos
Excellent hotel, excellent food, good service, friendly staff Just a couple of things let the hotel down: - Wifi was available only in the hotel lobby, and even though it was free, it was still a hassle to go to the lobby everytime you needed the internet - There was only one available powerpoint in the whole room, which was in the kitchen. With the gadgets people travel with these days, I'd expect more powerpoints in the room - The hotel staff did not provide any help (including no brush or broom) after a glass broke on the floor at night. I had to collect each and every piece of glass by hand to prevent stepping on it

Very good hotel for families with small children

The grounds and the restaurant/bar areas are immaculate. The rooms are kept clean and nice, but bathrooms and kitchen areas would benefit from a facelift (were clean though). Note, there is a tea/coffee machine in the room, but the kettle is an old fashion one which you have to put on the cooker ring - not really something we expect now when we say 'kettle'? Impressed with the staff attitude to children, messy little monsters are very welcomed at the restaurant.

All hotel staff were very polite and friendly. We stayed 2 weeks so found the use of the laundry facilities very helpful and the iron could be rented for 3 euros for 3 days. We were on the top floor apartment with large balcony and good views of mountains from the front door and the sea and sunset over La Gomera and a welcome afternoon breeze. We found a travel kettle very useful and also a trip to a supermarket a very short walk from the hotel an enjoyable experience with air-conditioning. A vast array of choice of excellent meals in the self-service restaurant with waiters clearing plates from the tables quickly and delivering drinks immediately on ordering. We enjoyed the show of flamenco dancing. The most comfortable beds and pillows ensured a good night's sleep. The swimming pool was delightful. The courtesy shower and changing facilities with complimentary toiletries was handy on the last day after check-out time.

We stayed at hotel Isabel from Oct 13 to Oct 18. Overall it was an OK hotel but we did not expect the following : 1. you pay for getting an iron and ironing board 3 euros per day + 10 euros deposit. 2. you pay for beach towels 10 euros per person deposit. 3. you pay for safe deposit box 2 euros per day. Basically, any extra thing you need you will pay for it. We were leaving at 7 am in the morning and asked reception person if someone can come and get our luggage. We were told that there was no one available at that time. Other than that they tried to accomodate us by letting us have breakfast at 7 am and calling taxi for us.

Lovely complex of apartments and bungalows. Designed to look lie a Spanish Village. Very attentive staff, very clean and tidy. Food was really nice with great buffet selection. 10 minutes walk form both Fanabe and Duque beaches. Lovely pool, great little kids pool and playground. High recommend it for a family holiday.

Fantastic family accommodation. Large rooms, everywhere very clean, super facilities, great food and very friendly staff. Multiple nationalities but all very friendly. Plenty of sunbeds - but get your towels down early if you want to be at the shallow end of the pool for kids! All gone by 9am!! Not a bad word to say! If I was really pressed, maybe the bathroom could do with modernising, but hey ts not the Ritz!!! Got far more than we expected! Fantastically helpful with Gluten free diet with plenty of choice! Even offering croissants for breakfast! Very highly recommend!
