“A very good hotel with excellent staff.”

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation on the 4th floor so there is some noise during the day. We had booked a double room with a sea view which was pleasant but the bed was firm to say the least. Because of the noise we were upgraded to a superior room the next day with no fuss and found the bed much more comfortable. The hotel, adult only, is right by the sea and overlooks the port of Los Cristianos, therefore very handy for the multitude of restaurant and bars. The staff are very friendly, efficient and accomodating. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was very well presented with plenty of choice for everyone. I imagine when the renovations are complete this hotel may well be upgraded to a 4 star. All in all a very enjoyable stay and I would certainly stay again if I returned to Tenerife.

“first tenerife experience”

the location of the hotel was excellent as was the food (could not fault it). Unfortunately the outside of the hotel could do with a makeover and there are not enough sun beds and not enough room around the pool, which is not large enough for the number of guests. This was our first visit to tenerife and other than the climate we found it had nothing to offer. It was not at all pretty and nowhere tht makes you think "lets go there for the day'. The hotel staff were excellent in all manners.

“5 day in Tenerife”

The hotel was in an excellent position close to the beach, and near to the bus station. The room was clean and comfy, not luxurious. We particularly liked the quiet 8th floor rest terrace. where there were super views of the bay, and the loungers were very comfy, and it was quiet. I took part in a free, courtesy of the hotel, pilates exercise session. Other exercises were on offer. The food was good, and the dining room had a nice outside terrace. The only moan we have is that in the brochure it said that the pool was heated, but it wasn't, it was freezing.

the h10 oasis moregue is quite a nice little hotel with a friendly atmosphere almost every member of staff speaks English even the night time security. the food wasn't wonderful catering more for German taste as most of the guests seemed to be German. evening entertainment was more for the older generation the room was quite stuffy as there is no air-con in the rooms only a ceiling fan which had little affect. the room was quite nice none the less. over all enjoyed our stay at this hotel but would probably not stay here again as it was a bit out of the way, being on the far edge of los cristianos about 30mins walk from playa da las americas where all the nice shops and night life is.

I have ticked 'would recommend' but only if the following issues were completely addressed: The public areas were in fine renovated condition. The bedrooms (first a standard one overlooking the carpark) was in need of refurbishment although clean. Obtained upgrade to one overlooking the pool on the first floor and this was larger but again needed modernising - it was very basic and the twin beds were not what one would expect of a hotel of this supposed quality - again basic and not very comfortable. The photos make these rooms look very much better than they are in real life! We only had breakfast, whilst there was a lot of choice and someone cooking the eggs to order, the orange juice was some of the worst I have tasted - albeit they had fresh oranges on the side (presumably just for decoration) and the coffee and tea was from one of those machines where everything tastes the same!!

“would go again”

nice clean friendly hotel. rooms very clean and made every day. breakfast great but dinner a bit samey. chicken fish pasta rice every night with only slight variation. quality was ok but we did get bored with it and eat out a few nights so expect a few added costs. as for the lunch... a la carte? i dont think so! very good value though this was our only complaint which is not bad.
