My family is lucky to have a bigger room compared to other room of the same type. My sister stay here two weeks ahead of me and she feedback to me how small the room is as she have problems to put their luggages.
The hotel provide full of amenities and even face steamer which we pampered ourselves after shopping and sight seeing.
It is very close to the Tennoji station which I booked although I got warned.

Hotel was based in a nice quiet location which was right next to the Osaka-Uehonmachi station. The Hotel was very clean, tidy, warm and staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. The Kinestu mall is just right beside the hotel and is very handy for groceries!

Very close to the JR train station (only a 2 min walk) very easy to find, it's right on the main road. We booked 2 semi double non smoking rooms and got both on the 13th floor - one on the train side, one on the road side. There was little to no noise from the outside in either rooms, and the one on the train side had a fantastic view over the city and the zoo which is right at your door step. The rooms were the smallest we had stayed in while traveling through Japan, but it was only somewhere to sleep so we didn't mind. The bed was like sleeping on the ground (hard as a rock) and the pillows weren't much better... The room was very clean, and had internet access in your room via a LAN cable, there was internet facilities available on the 2nd floor, but we didn't investigate.
There are many restaurants in the area, and an underground food court & shopping district under the train lines at the back of the hotel.

Stayed at Weekly Uehonmachi for 4 nights and found it very pleasant. The place was a little tricky to find at first (you have to enter via a side/back street), but once I got my bearings it was a nice, quiet yet safe neighbourhood to be in as a single female traveller. Very close to Kodemmacho subway station (and a few others, though I didn't use those), and with plenty of facilities nearby (cheap dinner, convenience stores, even a bank that does foreign currency exchange). The staff were extremely friendly and the room was actually pretty big for a hotel in Tokyo, though the bathroom is on the small side. They also have free coffee from 8am to 8pm in the lobby. Though they don't have a cleaning service, it's not really a problem as you can change your towels and toiletries for free, and the room is clean to begin with so it's easy to maintain it well. Though I had read previous reviews saying that there was only free wifi in the lobby, they seem to have installed wifi in the individual rooms since, which was great and really helped with my planning for the day.

"Affordable stay at a location quite close to Namba"
Navigating to the hotel is quite easy. We took the airport bus from Kansai Airport and alight at just about 200m from the hotel. It appeared more sizeable than we thought. However, we found it not being kept up very well in general. When we went out and back, we found we were almost the only guests stayed in the hotel. Nonetheless. It was value for money. The staffs were very responsive to our complaint of noise at the adjacent room after midnight. Very polite and good staffs. Location wise it is close to both subway and Kansei railway stations, and just two stations away from Namba. A supermarket open until 11pm is nearby. A good choice if you don't mind taking a ride few subways stations from the popular tourist area while the price is really affordable.
