Bathroom and main door both stuck badly Which was a bit of a hassle. Place smelled like paint.

It was nice enough. Lobby under renovations but that didn't impact us at all. Pool is decent but a bit murky. Breakfast was very good.

Clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Only issue was the parking lot is not very big so if you get there late and they are booked you may have an issue with parking.

Not pleased

Arrived to the hotel under total construction and was not told prior. I never would've stayed here had I known this. The lobby had furniture in bags, the restrooms were closed, my hotel hallway was nothing but drywall. I was very displeased!

Hotel in work

Hotel lobby was under construction. Rest of hotel in average condition. No breakfast. Was given a $10 voucher for IHOP for 3adults and 3 children. Bill wasfive times that. Couldn't get military discount because booked through expedia. Will not use again .

Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean with plenty of washclothes and towels. It was nice to have a microwave and mini frig. The pool was nice also. The only problem was the pull out bed from couch. Mattress was too thin and had a big dip in the middle. Too thin of a mattress.

Not really much of a suite. More like a hotel room with a couch. Pool and hot tub we're closed due to maintenance and the elevator made some jerky, noisy, movements. Rarely anyone at the front desk.

NO ROOM AT THE INN???

Will not stay at a Comfort Suites again if this is the way they are all ran. We traveled to Terre Haute for a funeral and got 2 rooms for the family. Since my daughters mother had reserved a room for my daughter for the second night I had just reserved the first night planning to stay in the daughters room the second. She called and talked to Al, the manager, on her way over to see if we could just NOT check out and stay in the same room. THAT WAS AGAINST THEIR POLICY.. REALLY??? They wanted us to check out at 11, she could not check in until 3. I went to the front desk in the morning and talked to them. I was told I would have to talk to the owner who came in at 11 am (check out time). The front desk did call about 30 minutes later and stated that I could have a late check out of 12 and she could check in when she got in about 11. I DO THANK THEM FOR THAT, BUT at 11:10 they could not get ahold of me as I was out and my daughter was not there yet. They stated "we have to have SOMEONE give us a card number for that room, we cannot hold it any longer..." AGAIN REALLY? This is the way you treat your customer when you have a total of 5 cars in the parking lot and 2 of them are my family's??? My daughter was 5 minutes away. Nice hospitality.. A couple of other concerns but this. 1... the room sleeps up to 6 or seven but you can only have 4 towels and washcloths, and when called down to the desk to get blankets for the sleeper they could not be brought up by the staff.

bed was fine, room was clean, slept like a baby. only thing that could be improved on is that the carpet is old/stretched/wavy
