The first time we stayed the staff was amazing. After that, the staff was horrible. Charged us $150 incidentals deposit the was not charged the first time we stayed and held it for over a week. That was more than my king suite cost all together!!!

We paid for a king bed but there was only 1 left on the second floor and the elevator wasn’t working properly so we settled for a room with 2 queen beds on the first floor. Nobody would want to chance getting stuck. Room was clean…no problems. Kind workers

Peace… in healing… for betterment. Was there a while doing that… and I left after the prime minister of India and his wife and daughter left. Then money cons started charging me double.

I would NEVER stay here again! My daughter and I stayed 2 nights and were given the worst room in the hotel. The parking lot was sparse and there are 3 floors to the hotel, yet they gave us the room on the bottom floor, right next to the ice machine and the pool. They then proceeded to put someone above us on both nights. I was woken up at 1 o'clock in the morning, the second night, by running around, stomping, and jumping up and down...for half an hour! I was not calling or going up to the front desk because that would only entail them calling upstairs and making the people above me angry. I eventually banged on the wall and they slowly stopped. The room key stopped working the first morning after, so I had to go from the side door around to the front entrance to have them re-activate it. This also happened on our last day. The final thing that was terrible, was I went to get breakfast at 9 am and there were only a few yogurts, 1 bagel, some burnt and shriveled up sausage, and dry/hard scrambled eggs. The staff was very nice, and the rooms were clean. Those are the only 2 positive things I got out of our stay. Oh, and I am recovering from shoulder surgery and simply wanted to relax for a few days while visiting my daughter. I was unable to sleep the entire stay between hearing people in the pool area, to the upstairs guests, and my pain is severe and I needed sleep. Hence getting a hotel to sleep at.

Jill, I am very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. We take our guest reviews very serious, as well as insight on how to make the stay better for our guest. We always encourage our guest to let us know when they are having issues. I do understand your not wanting the guest above you to be upset, being a hotel we have seen a lot of very understanding guest in this case I am sure it would have worked out the same. We would have gladly put you on a higher floor but it looks like you had a handicap accessible room and all of those room types are on the first floor. I am sorry about the room keys, those can become easy canceled if to close to a cell phone and any credit cards. I will look into the breakfast condition on your stay. We do not allow that type product to be served to our guest. Again we are very sorry and we enjoyed having you!

The staff was very friendly. The room was standard hotel room, decent, bed comfortable. The main huge problem we had was fire alarm going off at 2am, apparently battery issue, no fire. We slept solid until 2 am so it wasn’t as restful a night as we really needed. We would stay here again with fingers crossed alarm issues get resolved

Room was very warm all night, even with air vents set at Cool - 67 Degrees and outside weather in the 40’s early morning. Only one blanket (cover) which was too hot to use. Breakfast area was clean and food good.

Good sized room
Room was a nice size. No working smoke detectors only wires hanging from the ceiling where it should have been. Shower head was horrible. Clogged and no water pressure coming out of it.

It was not horrible. The main issue I had was the smell. Our room smelled of mildew constantly (room 122). The carpet also felt damp when walking on bare foot so we didn't do that much. The beds are also not comfortable. Maybe investing in mattress pads if better mattresses are not available... It served its purpose but for the price could have been better.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The service was ok but could improve. He didn't seem like he knew what he was doing & wasn't to helpful.. had an issue with it smelling with marijuana real bad and he just came up and smelled it then went back to the desk..

The staff was friendly and professional. There were some traveling construction crews, staying at the hotel, who were a bit noisy but that’s not the fault of the hotel.

The room was clean enough, but the walls are very thin and you hear everything. Doors closing, TV's, and phone conversations. I woke at 5am because someone in another room was taking a shower and the sound of the pipes warming up was very loud. I would not stay here again.

Dont trust the keys will stay programmed.
Breakfast and rooms were great. They could move the furniture when they clean once in a while and the larger lady at the desk could reduce the attitude. Would stay there again. Know that we know their keys are super sensitive, we know for next time.

The building and facilities is not up to the standards of the price we paid. Just okay, which was this place, is at least half or 1/3 the cost we paid. For what we paid ($180 /night), the space should feel cleaner and be more updated. TV did not work, Internet was not working, sheets were not dirty, but did not feel fresh nor new like other hotels. If I paid $80, I would feel we got what we paid for, but for $180 on a random weekend with no special events or reason, having made reservations earlier, this was just okay, not good, but should have been great or excellent.
