They had an accessible room with two beds available, which is not common in Most Hampton Inns.

Pleasant stay.

Location: A mall & several restaurants near.
Room was clean & the breakfast selection was good.

Right off expressway

The location and hotel were really nice. The only problem we encountered was that there were no clean pool towels so we had to use our room towels and the hotel didn't have enough clean towels to replenish all our room towels.

Pros: It was very clean and attractive and everyone was very kind.
Cons: the noise from traffic
Location: sorry we didn't have the time to explore because we were pushed for time in traveling. We had a funeral at the time and it wasn't a vacation.
We had a lovely room and were treated very nice indeed and the only thing I had to complain about would be the noise from the traffic!

Hotel good for short stay

Pros: the location was great and the pool was fine for the kids the breakfast was good the breakfast to go was a good idea
Location: the location was great close to everything we wanted to do
the phone is the room didn't, work the tissue box was empty,the walls were dirty and there was construction above us when we first arrived-for about the first hour then the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 8-8:30 well we weren't ready to leave yet check out wasn't till 12 we left around 9-9:30

We had a very nice room et my daughter really enjoyed the pool...really my only complaint about our room would be that it must have been near the boiler so something, because it was very loud et did make it hard to sleep for both of us.

Doesn't live up to Hampton Inn standards

Pros: My room felt clean, except for the bathroom that smelled of cigarettes.
Cons: Staff training must be addressed.
Location: It was in Terre Haute, Indiana. Plenty of restaurants in the nearby mall. Great hospital and university very close.
First of all, I love Hampton Inns. I have stayed at them regularly across the United States. They are my first choice and will probably continue to be. You simply can't beat the included breakfast for business travel. This was by far the most unimpressive Hampton I've ever stayed at. The staff were slow to greet us at the door. I was placed on the 5th floor while construction was taking place on the 6th floor. The smell of cigarette smoke hung in my bathroom. Construction sounds continued well past 8pm. My shower never reached beyond luke warm. I was reprimanded when I asked for a receipt and reminded that I booked through "Expedia. So, um I guess you will need to ask them for one." Very unimpressive.

Clean & comfortable for short stay

Room was a little outdated. Bathroom was small, though family staying on another floor had a much larger bathroom. Breakfast was good quality, large selection. Had a pool and fitness room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location, right off the interstate. Over all stay was pleasant would probably stay at this location again.
