Nice stay, there were kids running the hallway later on the evening after 930pm Grandchild has a ball in the pool, that was the reason for the stay so they could swim. Breakfast was very good.

I had an issue with my debit card which was resolved when I checked out. There was no remote for the TV in the room and the sound was pour on the television. There was no refrigerator in the room.

I sending an excellent service with Brooke and the Night Audit Gentlemen that covers the Sunday and Monday overnight shift. Also the Front Desk Clerk that checked me out on Tuesday. Sorry that I don’t have names but I’m sure they know exactly whom I’m speaking of. They get a star ⭐️ for the service that they provide to Ms C from New Orleans See you the next time that I come down to see my granddaughter. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

It’s fine. A normal older Holiday Inn Express. Normally stay in the Terre Haute area, but hotels were spotty. I’d stay here again.

Very clean and professional staff but will never be back and highly disappointed with my stay. They tried to charge me $150 dollars at check in which declined on my card, pictures showed a large whirlpool style tub which was not in the room we got and parking was tough with the amount of business they had. Over all the stay was terrible but if you're ok with not getting the room pictured and being over charged, it's a great place!

Hotel was fine, especially for a single night. However, the room just felt old and dingy and I guess I expected more from a Holiday Inn Express. Almost felt like it used to be an old crappy hotel that was re-branded to a HIE. Popcorn ceilings, chipping paint, stains on the bathroom floor, etc. Overall the place just needs an update. Fine value for the money though.

Check-in was a breeze. Front desk clerk was very nice. When I got to the room, it smelled a little musty and dank. The carpet even felt like it had moisture in it. Almost smelled/felt like somebody had just taken a shower in the room. Breakfast options were typical of a poor American diet. A plus about this hotel was its location right off of I 70.

Room 214 had a hole in the shower floor the size of my foot. They had decided to take what looks like a glue and clear packing tape to fix it. Very very limited and tight parking, weeds in all of the landscaping beds, trim around windows rotting, paint falling off the building and the second floor hallway smells like old water and pee. Save yourself the troubles and go across the street to super 8. It’s $50-$90 cheaper and in my opinion a nicer place.

Too much noise/partying
We chose this motel because we wanted something a little nicer that we considered quiet and safe and as we were bringing home an expensive vehicle and didn't want to worry about it. We had a long day and got in around 8:00 pm. Had dinner at the Mexican restaurant and returned to our room. Water was hot, but pressure in the shower was very weak- you need to fix this. We went to bed around 10:00pm. So far, so good. We were awakened about an hour later by what sounded like the "neighbors" having a party next door. It lasted for about 2 hours. As older people, we were not able to get good rest after that. Guests need to be reminded that not everyone goes to bed at midnight and many have had long days. Anything after 9:00 should be "quiet time". If they want to talk loudly and party, the need to go to a common area, not someone's room. After being awakened from a sound sleep, we heard every noise all night long. Overall the motel was clean and felt safe, but the noise was definitely an issue and ruined the entire experience. When you pay $200 a night, you have every right to expect a good night's rest.

Grossly over priced for the worst quality holiday Inn I’ve ever seen, with sloppy management at best. The pool closed, no lights on in the lobby except when they serve breakfast… otherwise depressingly dark lobby. Sloppy patches in fixtures—and no amenities. Only Coke and water in the refrigerator for outrageous prices. No fridge in room or any other basic ammenities. All this for $200 per night!!!!

Our manager, who checked us in was rushed off her feet but took the time to bring up a refrigerator when we ask if could get one in our room! Super nice and friendly. Great breakfast too!
