"This is a beautiful property; new, clean and nicely furnished. Ricardo was very prompt in getting back to us with any questions. The property is about a half hour outside of Dallas by freeway, so location was not an issue. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area."

"The details of the VRBO rental, the Barn, does not do justice to how incredible this rental is. The beauty of the grounds is breathtaking. The barn is extremely clean. The kitchen has every utensil and appliance a cook would need to prepare a feast. The favorite part of my stay was sitting on the back porch, overlooking the pond and watching the cows in the distance. The property is so quiet that only the sounds of nature surrounding you, with no sounds from the outside world. The barn is cozy enough for two but can house a crowd with enough room to spare for everyone to have their space. The property management was always quick to respond. I hope to make a yearly retreat to this charming rental, to rest and recharge."

"Located on 450 acres with a working farm, unit is clean, well furnished , has good AC/heating system. Owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Loved the front porch that was covered so we could hang out during a night time Texas thunderstorm, and a separate area with an outdoor fire pit for when weather is nice. Plenty of room to take a walk out in the pasture with a pond that has a paddleboat. This is a great place to escape to the country life and relax and rejuvenate. Highly recommend."

"There was a mix up with rental being double booked. Instead of cabin we reserved 15 months earlier, we were housed in a house apparently used as part of venue operations. It certainly was not what we expected but we made the best of it! It was clean and bed was comfortable so we chose to overlook the minor hiccups. Most importantly it was a great eclipse viewing site and the actual eclipse experience was extraordinary! All staff members were very kind and welcoming."
