Loud A/C unit. Came on every 10 minutes or so.Posted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and inviting.
Cons: The noisey A/C unit. We check in hotels for rest.
Location: Good location with convenient eateries. Good location to airport.
Area seemed safe but I could not sleep well for the A/C unit.

Pros: it has an indoor pool
Cons: cleaning up
I saw several (undisirables) hanging around inside and outside the hotel. I did not see any staff other than at the front desk.

Old...but clean!Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Extra Surprise! We didn't get a chance to play, but there was a putting green and a pool table.
Cons: Carpet, tiling...basic maintenance
The staff was wonderful, they easily accommodated our itinerary change without a second thought. We stayed on the second floor. Room was clean and comfortable, AC worked well. Breakfast was disappointing, a box of donuts on the front counter. The hotel needs some updating, but for the price you really can't beat it. We will be staying here when we come back this summer for the Texarkana RenFaire; The kids will enjoy it.

Pros: Friendliness of staff.
Cons: Hotel getting older & worn.
Location: Texarkana, AR on the stateline. A lot of activity in the vicinity.
Hotel is a little old and worn but they try to keep clean.

Overall goodPosted Jun 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
Had problems with our adjoining rooms: both toilets did not flush. It took a while for the staff to change our rooms due to a miscommunication issue (person who answered the phone didn't tell someone else about the call/malfunctioning bathroom). Once we finally changed rooms we got back to enjoying our weekend.

The staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. I have stayed in several hotels in that area and this was the nicest one for the price....

soak up jacuzzi timePosted May 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
We really enjoyed ourselves. The jacuzzi is the best I have ever seen. Very large and comfortable. The staff was hospitable and responsive. Our only issue was that the sliding glass door was difficult to open.

Run down and in need of cleaningPosted May 25, 2014
Pros: The staff.
Cons: The entire place could be improved. Every surface in the place hadn't been cleaned in awhile.
Location: Near I-30.
The staff was very nice but this place is really dirty. The pool/atrium area was probably great at one time but the pool water was murky, there were broken tiles and Christmas decorations piled up in the area behind the hot tub and the curtains and shades of the rooms around the atrium were damaged and dirty and there were dead leaves on the ledges. Not at all pleasant to look at. Would not stay there again.

Quick StopPosted May 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
Overall it was OK for a quick stop overnight. Room outdated but clean. Mattress was very old and needed replaced.
