We arrived tired, hungry, and with work to do online. The internet was not working, and it took multiple trips to the front desk to even convince the manager there that it was not working. Other guests had already complained, but he tried to convince me otherwise. The rooms are noisy, the AC is right next to the bed and blows on you while you sleep, there is no tea or coffee service, the "business center" is an old PC next to the lobby exit door. This morning, the "breakfast" consisted of stale cold rolls and toast. The tea making machine was not functioning, so unless you wanted coffee, you were out of luck. Of all the Hotels.com we booked for our lengthy trip, this one was the worst. On a positive note, the folks at Hotels.com were very helpful, called the manager to complain about the internet, and offered compensation. Thumbs up for Hotels.com, at least!

I am grateful to have had my car break down near this hotel on our way to the east coast. The staff were very helpful and supportive given that I did not know the area. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

We were very pleased with our overnight stay at this hotel. We were able to easily book on line while on the road and the hotel and room were what we expected. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, and the staff were friendly. No problems with our late check-in, too. Would stay here again if we were in Texarkana.

Aaron was at the front desk was terrible with his customer service and unhelpful in every way. I will never stay at this hotel again. I will try Courtyard accross the road. I was not satisfied at all, especially for the amount we paid. In addition, the indoor pool is very small and it is very warm inside the pool room. The pool only goes to 4ft! Housekeeper are the best!! Excellent cleaning and maintenance. Extremely friendly an helpful. Willing to go above and beyond! They saved what little rating I had for this place!

First time staying at a Fairfield Inn and I really liked it. Helpful staff was a plus. I got lost on the way there and it was 11:30pm. The person working was so helpful in getting me to the hotel at such a late hour. My keys were ready when I walked in the door since he asked my name as I was driving in. Breakfast was good too.
