The place is clean and people are friendly. Bed is comfortable. The hot tub water circulation control didn't work so we didn't use it. An entrance door wouldn't open on the side of the building. Might stay here again.

I thanked the lady putting out breakfast. She was so rude! Our bed had a huge dip in the middle of the bed. The shower curtain hangers were torn and raggedy. The hotel is not worth the cost of the room.

The room smelled of mold and mildew. There was a giant water damage stain on the ceiling and mold in the shower. The room had 2 total towels and the shower curtain was disgusting. This was a king suite and though the bed was comfortable the room definitely was not as expected.

After i booked room and appeared at front desk, i was told it c would be 30 mins for a room and they would call. I left for 70 mins never got call and when i returned was told it would be another 5 mins. The pool was freezing, hot tub did not work and looked filthy

The staff is doing the best they can due to lack of updating and fixing the motel up. Our exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the bathroom door wouldn’t close and the elevator’s were getting stuck. This is the first holiday inn express we have had a bad experience at.

It was ok for one night, but I would not want to stay there for multiple. There were questionable stains on furniture and the bathroom curtain didn’t smell clean. There was breakfast, but questionable options and most of the stuff was gone before we could even get to it.

While we had a wait for our room, staff was nice and courteous as the hotel went through a power outage and they were trying to get things in order and many obscticles were in their way. Nothing bad to say as they took care of me as soon as they could. Other guests were petty and disrespectful to the staff.

when we arrived on elevator was down we did that day what we had to do then got stuck in the second elevator and it was down being on the second floor was a blessing that meant only one flight of stairs also the bed was as hard as a park bench 150.00$ later terrible

Disappointed in quality of this property. I have to say that the young lady at the front desk did everything she could to accomadate all the guest! She earned 4 stars for her effort. While I waites to check in a guest was changing rooms for a second time due to cleanliness. My room was ok, but didn't gave towels and AC wasn't working. I didn't switch because from what I heard, other rooms could have been worse. Its obvious how IHG is a multi million dollar corporation... focus on profit over quality. The name Holiday Inn once meant more. Over the last 3 weeks I have stayed at 3 other properties in the Texarkana area and this hotel would be the 4th rated of the 4. Best Western, Comfort Suites, and Country Inn and Suites all were better properties. An inconvenience was also an over filled parking lot of trucks with trailer or long box trucks. Multiple parking places were taking by a handful of vehicles. I guess its a nice truck stop?

The AC did not work. The phone didn’t work. The front desk assisted the best they could and the breakfast was out of everything. We only paid $75 for the night so you get what you pay for and I didn’t want to complain too much, but AC would have been very nice.

Booked specifically for the "indoor pool". Needless to say, my kids were extremely disappointed when the glass from two windows was permanently removed making it roughly 50 degrees in the pool room. The water was frigid. We put our feet in the hot tub for a few minutes before going back to the room. Don't list as an indoor pool if it is unable to be used in the winter or on cold days.

Tiles in bathroom floor coming up. Rust in the toilet paper holder. Indoor pool was so clos we was not able to swim. There was window completely busted out in pool room. I was expecting a lot better from a place like this.
