Pros: The bed and pillows were comfortable. The temperature in the room was comfortable.
Cons: The staff could be replaced with friendly, helpful people. The breakfast could be improved . There were no muffins or sweet rolls. The linens need
Location: Lots of restaurant choices near by.
The desk clerks were rude. The lady in the breakfast area was rude. The breakfast was lousy. .The duvet cover on one of the beds smelled of urine. I removed it and placed it by the door . When we returned to the room , it was back on the bed.

Our room was very clean. The bathroom seemed very small and closed in feeling but was well stocked with towels. The only thing I would change would be the bathroom. It was a king bed so I would expect the bath to be a larger room. I am handicapped so room to get around is important. The rooms equipped with Ada accessible bath had only full size bed. Our bed was comfortable, provided a good nights sleep. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I did notice there were some odd characters hanging out in the lobby late in the evening. This made me feel uneasy but I was not traveling alone.

Overall stay was nice. Only complaint was we could hear a dog barking in the next room during the night. Nice hotel for the rate. Had to have a smoking room, and not many hotels offer this anymore. Lobby area could be upgraded.

Comfortable stay.Posted Jul 27, 2013
Cons: King bed was on the hard side but that was my opinion.
Nice and clean. Staff was polite. Will stay again if in the area. Stayed here because pets were allowed and we have a silky terrier.

Excellent hotel near places we needed to be.Posted Jul 19, 2013
Pros: Loved the breakfast, the cleaness of everything and the wonderful, friendly staff.
Cons: Can't think of a thing.
Location: Stateline is in the middle of Texarkana and so that made our visit comfortable.
Loved everything about this hotel. We needed a pet friendly hotel and couldn't have guess it was. You know pet smells weren't there. I will stay at this hotel again every time I go to Texarkana as we have kin there. Loved, loved, loved our stay. Thanks.

Great Value for those with petsPosted Jul 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were traveling with two dogs, one large and one small. Most hotels would only accept dogs 50lbs or less, was very relieved to find a hotel that would accept both dogs and with no additional fees. The hotel was conveniently located right off the interstate and the staff were fabulous. The rooms were clean, large enough to accommodate my whole family. Would definitely recommend it for anyone traveling with pets or just for a stop in your travels.

Not bad if you expect clean four walls and a bedPosted Feb 15, 2013
Pros: Comffy bed
Cons: Barking dogs
Location: Minutes from great food and shopping centers
Two issues....barking dog during daytime made working nightshift hard....breakfast selection a little too sparse...two out of three days I went to McDs for breakfast....this says it all.
