Unfortunately this property is below standards. The front desk and management are very courteous but the property is not clean. The sheets smelled and were stained , it was very uncomfortable. My rate was non refundable at I decided to stay, but never again. Pay the extra money, you will not regret it .

There was no hot water thinks were broken..dishes were dirty. Furniture was badly stained..just not a good stay at all had to change rooms just to ensure the same things and it was my 10th anniversary

I was so excited for an early check-in after nine hours of driving until I actually got to the room. I can’t believe they would rent a room so disgusting. I’m in now way a clean freak but even the doors were dirty. We rented two two bedroom suites and none of my family felt comfortable sitting on the furniture. However the front desk lady was REALLY nice and refunded us for both rooms without any issues.

Property was under renovation so can't say much about those things, BUT they cut costs SO much that when you go to watch TV, they offer NO satellite or cable TV. Even Motel 6 offers satellite TV, this is a Marriott Hotel. You have to use your own subscription to watch Netflix, your own subscription to watch Prime movies, and you get NO Fox News, no HGTV, no Hallmark. If it costs this hotel money, you don't get it. They offer PLUTO TV which is free and useless. Thanks...

To start, there was no warning when we booked the room for the weekend that the hotel was currently under remodeling/construction. No clear labeling that the pool was an outside pool in the hotel descriptions, so kids were petulant that they could not swim. Was hard to find a working door to even get in to the hotel to find where to check in. Most of the hotel parking was taken up by construction equipment or storage trailers. Once we got inside and checked in, the room had a funky smell. The elevator was jerky and lurched in quite a concerning manner every time it reached the 4th floor. There was a lack of clean dishes in the cupboards in kitchenette - had to clean things before i could use them. The mattress on the hideabed couch was stained and disgusting. The tv in the room woth the desk did not work. All the swtiches with gfi had to be activated because they had been tripped. Breakfast was quite sad and pathetic - no milk for cereal, quite limited options. If we had known, we would have just packed breakfast goods. The one baking tray provided in tge room did not actually fit inside the tiny oven - why even have it? No clear wifi password was included at check-in. The mattresses felt like they were not properly supported by the bedframes, and were not comfortable- woke up with neck and back pain both days of our stay. Highly disappointing hotel stay. Will not stay there again. Do not recommend.

The property was under construction so it is really hard to accurately review the cleanliness of the lobby. When we first arrived they gave us a room that didn’t have an oven and we required an own so we had to move rooms. The room we moved to had a funny smell and was not the cleanest. There were not enough pillows, towels or silverware in our room. Had the hotel not been under construction I would not return but since they are remodeling I would consider giving it another try.

So not stay here. Old, dirty and worn out. It’s bad. The grossest place I’ve stayed in 25 years since college. I don’t remember those, but it must have been like this and it was not cheaper than all other options around. I feel dirty and used.

Nothing was clean. Shower curtain had mold and snot, yes not exaggerating, snot on it. Tub was really moldy and mildew everywhere. Not one surface wasn’t sticky from something. Breakfast wasn’t really anything special.

We were in a double Queen suite. The shower curtain had mold on it. The refrigerator was dirty and had hair in it. The beds…. They literally put 2 Queen beds on frames that were way too small!! So when you sat or laid on the bed, you and the bed were on a constant tilt. This experience was HORRIBLE

The staff was not willing to help with a booking issue, I asked for a roll away bed and they said they didn't have any, there was blood on one of the pillows, a 2,and the bathroom was filthy around the baseboards. There was chipped paint on the wall by the bed - overall the worst hotel stay I have ever had

Room was dirty/nasty, carpet was bad dirty, bathroom floor was dirty, bathtub was damaged, supposed to been a king suite and too small of a room to be a suite. Stovetop was broken. Just a horrible hotel to be charging $144 a night for a room. Felt like $60 a night would have been a fair price. Would not stay there again ever!

As most of the employees I encountered were respectful, there were two that were not so respectful, The front desk man that checked me in was a bit rude when I asked to change rooms due to 2 large trees right at my room windows. Also, the door to my room was hard to open and close. When called regarding the non- working tvs, no one was available to fix and no work order was created.

Just a one night stay with the family, but I was very disappointed to see the overall condition of this Marriott hotel. Marriott is a name that goes with higher standards. The staff was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful upon check-in. Just needs some TLC! I would stay here again.
