Pros: Not one blessed thing was enjoyable about this hotel. I didn't even get Marriott rewards for it! This hotel is not interested in customer service
Cons: Fire the GM and bring in someone to fix this hotel. This location should not carry the Marriott name!
Location: Find a different hotel to stay at.
If I wanted to stay in a Kennel, I would have booked one...We arrived at 4:30 pm to the sound of dogs barking- on the floor below our room. We informed the front desk. Their policy is to tell the occupants to control their pets or be kicked out. Obviously the owners were not in the room with their pets. By 10:30 pm it was unbearable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Marriott should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel. The drapes in two of the rooms were shredded. I didn't know that they still made beds that weren't pillow tops - the sheets and mattress cover would not stay on the bed. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty. Free breakfast area is the size of a bathroom- can't fit more than 6 people in there at a time. The gravy crockpot was not turned on so it was cold. No offer was made by the hotel to remedy the problems even though they were reported. The response to our review on trip advisor was an automated electronic reply (which I have included). [Hello; As we pride ourselves on delivering a memorable hotel experience during your travels, we have unfortunately fallen short of our goal during your recent stay. Please accept our sincere apology. We are glad you stopped by and hope your next vist will be better than before.] They hope my next "vist" is better. I will NEVER stay here again. I would not recommend this place to anyone. DO NO STAY HERE!

Very good and safe location!Posted Jul 13, 2015
Cons: Better Beds! The old style box spring and mattress needs to go! Memory foam one piece bedding would bring the hotel back up to excellent!
Location: There is many choices of food with in walking distance of the hotel! That is always a plus!
The hotel is located near lots of eateries! Very quiet rooms too. The beds were not comfortable at all though. I have stayed here before and the beds were great?? Overall, not a bad hotel though and the staff is super friendly and accommodating....

Nice hotel in great locationPosted Mar 31, 2015
Loved our suite. Had plenty of room. We walked to restaurants, Red Lobster and McAlisters Deli. Just across the bridge was the mall and lots more restaurants. Great stay during our dance competition weekend.

Nice, big 2 bedroom suite. Could use locks on bedroom doors though. Best hotel I've stayed at in this price range.

could easily be better.Posted Feb 14, 2015 on Hotels
most of the stay was good. The carpets are never clean. They turn your socks back and are badly stained. Also the areas behind furniture look to have not ever been cleaned. Some of the front desk staff will let you dtand in the lobby while they finish their cigarette.
