"The gentleman that worked at the front desk during the day time ( he’s been in Paris for 3 years) we forgot his name. Was absolutely amazing! He was there to help our every need. The night staff was ok but can’t compare to the young man on day shift. We love the snacks and our room with a view. Just felt stuffy. We are from America so we need air conditioning to breathe better. The hotel was in a perfect area to shops and restaurants. Very walkable but we did get lost a few times lol. We just hopped in a cab to get back to the hotel. "
