行き届いた接客

チェックインからチェックアウトまで、ホテルのスタッフ全員からとても丁寧な接客を受けました。初海外の私からしてみると、こんなに手厚いのか!と感激でした。他のホテルとの比較は出来ませんが、これ以上の接客はなかなかないのではないでしょうか。次のプーケット行きの際も必ず宿泊先として検討しようと思います。

Perfect family resort stay

We had a wonderful stay at Banyantree a Phuket. We are a family of 5, with children ranging from 6-10 years old. It was a perfect resort stay with both our children and we adults enjoying daily activities offered. We rode everywhere on the hotel bikes, enjoyed the pools and beach. Staff were extremely attentive, very clean facility and good dining options, albeit it a bit pricy. This was our best resort stay, we will be returning. We stayed in the deluxe two bedroom pool villa and loved the space and used the pool every morning and evening. Highly recommend this hotel for families!

Very run down. Broken pool deck in patio.

Service and food good but aircon Leaking. They need to upgrade everything. Not cheap at 800$ a night

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you very much for staying at our resort. While I do apologize for the for the failed aircon, I must admit, these mechanical failures do happen despite our best efforts. Not be misconstrued as an excuse, air-conditioners are running pretty much 16 hours a day in the heat and humidity of a tropical country. However, the pool deck repair is not acceptable and should have been fixed prior to your arrival. The Housekeeping, Guest Services and engineering team do work closely and I am fairly sure it has been fixed. I am delighted to note our associates have done a terrific jobs in the service, the upgrade projects this month onwards as part of our efforts to stay top-notch. Excellent service bonnes prestations belle décoration. Sentiment d'espace avec un parc et de nombreux plans d'eau plus le golf Excellent buffet au petit déjeuner. Nok, le majordome de notre suite était très attentionné. Parfait pour une honey moon !

Food, service and the room were all great ! Just a bit too much Mosquitos in the room! Should do something about it before guests check in!

Relaxing stay at BYT Phuket

Pros: The atmosphere is wonderful. Early morning, we could take a walk within the hotel area. Welcomed by the birds' singing and smile full staff.
Cons: Dining opportunity is limited for deep Thai foods lovers. Room is old while it is well maintained. If it could be rejuvenated ...
Location: The beach in front of the hotel is very good. Long, quiet and less crowded.
We stayed there for 6 night for our holiday just to relax. It was an excellent stay thanking to all the staff who always offer heart warming smile. Early morning walk within the hotel among villas is excellent experience

プールヴィラに3泊しました。 広大な敷地に点在するヴィラはとても静かで、大自然の中の一軒家という趣きです。 部屋はちょっとしたスイートタイプになっており、大きなクローゼット、露天バスタブなど設備は充実しています。 特筆すべきはなんといっても個別の庭とプールで、ここを独り占めできる開放感は素晴らしいの一言です。4日滞在の内、まる1日どこにも出かけずこの部屋で過ごしました。 さて、問題点をいくつか。 立地はラグーナ地区なので、にぎやかなエリアとは隔絶されています。 パトンビーチへ行くにはホテルの予約制シャトルがありますが、2人往復で1,300Bかかります。 滞在中にパトンへ頻繁に行く方は、この地区は向きません。 ホテル内のレストランはこの時期(1月下旬)なら予約は不要です、とチェックイン時に説明されながらも、実際に行ってみると予約無しの場合2時間待ち・・・ 仕方なくその時に予約をして、約束の時間に来て見るとブッキングされて無い。 ドレスコード有り、の割には中国人がTシャツ・短パン・サンダルでお食事。 スタッフに「ドレスコード有りって聞いたけど?」と尋ねたら、フフンと苦笑いして終わり。 正直、この態度には閉口しました。 予約したシャトルバスの乗車時にも、名前があるんだか無いんだか煮え切らない態度。 結果「空いてるからOK」みたいな感じでした。 どうもフロントスタッフと各部署との連絡が、かなりいいかげんな感じです。 プーケットのラグーナ地区全般に言える事でしょうが、あらゆるものの価格が異常に高いです。 このホテルのレストランも、料理の質・サービスを考えれば高すぎるほどです。 デポジットの額をあっと言う間に超えますので、ご注意下さい!

Cons: 세면도구에 대한 관리가 부족하며, 냉장고에 판매식품이 가득하여 이용이 불편함
Location: 방카오 비치에서 해수욕 및 일광욕을 한 후 리조트로 돌아올 때 입구에 간이 샤워시설이 있으며, 라구나 골프클럽이 반얀트리 로비 앞에 있어 매우 편리하게 이용할 수 있음
친절한 서비스와 전반적인 태국을 느낄 수 있는 인테리어 및 소품이 매우 좋았음 특히 조식뷔페의 경우 다양한 음식과 최상의 재료로 정말 만족스러웠으며, 매우 긴 조식 시간으로 인해 언제든지 편하게 가서 먹을 수 있어 매우 만족스러웠음 야간에 풀빌라에 있는 수영장의 경치는 매우 좋았으며, 버기 서비스등 전반적인 서비스가 좋음 허니문의 경우 와인서비스 및 코끼리 향초 받침을 선물로 받을 수 있음

We certainly understand that waking up late is a big part of an enjoyable resort experience, so we offer plentiful selection of breakfast, prepared for until 11.30. (only an exception for Sundays closed 30 min earlier in order to set up Sunday Brunch) No matter it is a la carte menu or buffet, our culinary associates are always careful in selecting ingredients to make sure it is fresh and of high quality. Minibar is regularly replenished upon villa makeup, and you can request for it anytime, and in-villa dining also offered for your convenience. The redesigned Laguna Golf Club is right opposite our Lobby with Pro Shop and Banyan Café where you might want to order simple dishes overlooking the green view. You are right, at night time it looks very nice when your private swimming pool illuminates under the stars, especially DoublePool Villa, and Spa Pool Villas with wading pool or lotus pond surrounds your bedroom. We have many couple guests come to celebrate their honeymoon and wedding anniversary here, and we always prepare something special for them, glad to know you like the gift.
