RomanticPosted May 23, 2015
We had a nice little one day get away from it all. We were going to Stockbridge for a concert at the Guthrie center and decided to turn it into a mini-vacation for two. King size bed, gas fireplace, jacuzi tub with a shower, and breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. It was clean, quiet and very nice.

Wonderful Little InnPosted Feb 22, 2015 on Hotels.com
My parents went on this trip. They were extremely satisfied with the hospitality of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. They also loved having a fire place to relax near. They felt very welcome. Great stay!

Perfect romantic getawayPosted Feb 9, 2015
Pros: service, decor, in-room breakfast, comfy bed
Location: right in the middle of Lee, MA. Chez Nous restaurant across the street superb and affordable, shops to browse and short drive to Great Barrington
From check in to check out we couldn't have had a lovelier time at Chambery Inn. The room was spacious, jetted bath warm and relaxing, gas fireplace a beautiful spot to sit. And when breakfast was delivered warm, in a panier with tablecloth and tiny little dishes we knew we were coming back. After a tiny glitch (the tub wouldn't drain at night after a bath) the owner showed up immediately after we called, fixed the problem and left us with new bath linens. We're making our reservation for spring and bringing some friends!

Really lovely experiencePosted Jan 27, 2015
Location: Starving Artist cafe for vegan crepes! To die for.
I spent one night at Chambery Inn over the weekend and it was such a lovely stay. The staff especially was super accommodating and friendly. I got upgraded to a nicer room, because it was a slow day, and then the front desk woman spend a good amount of time helping me find something vegan to eat. The room was clean and beautiful. It was really quiet and the area is right by the main strip in Lee, so I took a nice walk. Overall - really recommend them.

Plus- Very nice cozy room with fireplace, comfy chairs, king size bed and whirlpool tub. Thoughtful and helpful staff. Nice in-room continental breakfast. European ambiance. Minus- Noise from neighbor's whirlpools and footsteps overhead.

Old schoolhouse converted into a cozy B&B.Posted Jan 15, 2015
Pros: We love the fireplace in the room, and the daily breakfast basket delivered to your door. Staff is always awesome!
Cons: They need to put some light in the shower or get see through shower curtains because once you pull the curtain over, it gets pretty dark inside.
Location: It's located on the Main St, walking distance to at least 5 restaurants. We recommend Moe's Tavern for beer lovers and Starving Artist Creperie.
We've stayed at the Chambery Inn 4 or 5 times already, and we are always pleased with the experience. Rooms are actual old classrooms with original blackboard and furnished with antiques. People leave messages on the board for others to see. It's really really cute.
