Cosy Indeed

Posted Feb 19, 2015
Pros: See above.
Stayed on Valentine's Day and the staff left chocolate roses on the pillows and chocolate cupcake by the bed. Very cute. The staff was very nice and helpful about directions to nearby skiing places -- they even printed up directions.

Nice hotel to enjoy the Williamstwon Film Festival

Posted Nov 4, 2013
Williamstown is quintessential New England. The hotel was close proximity to all of the festival films. The Cozy Corner restaurant had fabulous food and we were not disappointed. There was a beautiful little stream running next to the motel. Very quaint.

Nice place to stay.

Very friendly staff. Nice room to spend a night in. I would stay again. My only concern is the exterior walkway to the stairwell was cluttered with old bicycles and a grill.

Functional, but run-down.

Posted Feb 25, 2012
Pros: The friendly people at the front desk.
Cons: The run-down furniture and slightly musty smell.
Location: The location is just a few minutes from Williams College. Easy to find on a main road.
This motel is quite functional--conveniently located, clean, O.K. beds. But it is run-down and the room smelled a bit musty, the heater was noisy, the bathroom very small. The owners were gracious and friendly, however, and the location was convenient. It needs a bit of updating. Didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment on that.
