“Crowne Plaza Pittsfield”

Easy access on/off route 8 with the hotel being in the middle of a revitalized downtown Pittsfield. Plenty of shopping and restaurants to eat at including an old movie theatre playing recent releases. Hotel help were very helpful with directions to the local area (Adams, MA). The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I missed the microwave in the room which I frequently use when traveling.

This hotel met our expectations. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. I look forward to our next stay

“Flawless and Friendly”

This hotel is not much to look at from the outside. But the inside was clean, well decorated. The staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were up to date and clean. The beds were great. Tons of pillows and clean outer comforter.

The hotel staff was pleasant and the hotel was very clean and homely.

“Good Choice”

An older hotel, once a Hilton, but well refurbished and centrally located in Pittsfield. My wife and I stayed in it on Labor Day and it was therefore almost deserted and very reasonably priced. Our room was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner out but enjoyed our cooked breakfast the following morning. By far the best (and best-value) of the five hotels we stayed at on this trip.

“Great hotel and great location.”

This hotel is very conveniently located near downtown Pittsfield venues. It's a block and a half from the refurbished Colonial Theater (a great place to see music) and the downtown square.

“Not bad, but in some disrepair”

Good location. Old and in dome disrepair. Pool ok. Exercise equipment broken.

“Nice hotel but inconvenient parking.”

Nice and quiet room. Didn't like the parking lot..have to walk stairs with luggage and didn't like paying for it. Overall though a good value for price of room.

“Needs updating”

We were very comfortable, but hotel lobby was beautiful. Rooms need updating. Hallways need updating
