Motel in terrible condition-w/ loud road noisePosted Oct 7, 2013
Cons: It needs a lot of work by people that care and have high standards.
Location: Very close to lots of things to do in the Mberkshires.
Toilet was clogged, room reconditioning was amateurish, bath room toilet paper holder bent, doors to electrical closet and maintenance rooms both wide open, etc. Breakfast-orange juice was filled with water and limited items available to eat. Attitude of staff was not understanding of the condition of the facility. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

Better to have rooms facing the back- street noisePosted Oct 1, 2013
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean
Cons: Noise level was bad with street traffic
Location: Botanical gardens, bike trails, eating out
Comfortable bed, clean room but loud facing the street

Tanglewood ConcertPosted Aug 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
We just needed a place to lay our heads after a Tanglwood concert. It was certainly adequate. Room had an odd smell and the hotel is a bit beat up. Location can't be beat and I'd go again if I had a similar need for basic accomodations.

Keep driving past this place.Posted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: closest to Tanglewood. It had an interesting and inviting pool.
Cons: Have realistic photos of the MOTEL, not HOTEL
The photos were misleading. I would not have booked it had I known it was a motel. Price is too high for that. Too honky-tonk for me. The view of the back parking lot I could do without, too. I was also claustrophobic in the room.

Poor service & accommodationsPosted Aug 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
Due to what they claim was a miscommunication, they didn't have the room we had booked set up in the way we had booked it. The people at the desk were wholly unapologetic and exceedingly rude. We ended up staying at another hotel.

Days OutPosted Aug 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff was friendly, but this motel is kind of run down. Overpriced for the quality . Breakfast was pathetic. We had to switch rooms because the bathtub was unacceptable in our first room.

Breakfast was scant and the room far too small, the tables far too few, for the guests.

Non Smoking Room, smelled smokePosted Aug 18, 2013
Pros: Good hot showers! 10 minutes from Tanglewood.
Cons: Non smoking rooms should be really non smoking. Beds could be more comfortable.
Location: Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum.
Room was listed as non smoking but we could smell old smoke. Beds were adequate but I would not consider comfortable.
