Nice hotel with reasonable prices

A reasonable hotel for a short stay; conveniently located; reasonable price; clean; normal breakfast; poor noise insulation.

Our two nights stay in the Days Inn of Lenoxm MA, was pleasent and comfortable. I enjoyed the accomodations, but my wife thought that the room was too small. The continental breakfast was adquate and satisfactory. The hotel offers a good value for the money.

Bathtub did not drain so we took showers in our own dirty water. Bed were soft and uncomfortable. I am 5 9 and was bigger then the bed. The room was old and musty. Noisy area with the traffic rambling all night long.Stay away from this hotel.

Motel in terrible condition-w/ loud road noise

Posted Oct 7, 2013
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: It needs a lot of work by people that care and have high standards.
Location: Very close to lots of things to do in the Mberkshires.
Toilet was clogged, room reconditioning was amateurish, bath room toilet paper holder bent, doors to electrical closet and maintenance rooms both wide open, etc. Breakfast-orange juice was filled with water and limited items available to eat. Attitude of staff was not understanding of the condition of the facility. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

Better to have rooms facing the back- street noise

Posted Oct 1, 2013
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean
Cons: Noise level was bad with street traffic
Location: Botanical gardens, bike trails, eating out
Comfortable bed, clean room but loud facing the street

Convenient to museum

Staff was friendly and accommodating; bathroom had been updated, was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. However, noisy fridge was annoying during the night and area behind and along that wall needed a good cleaning/dusting. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant. Suggest that cheerios be added to breakfast cereal selections. Fruit Loops (for younger guests, I suppose) and Corn Flakes were the only dry cereal options during our overnight stay.
