I have discussed your comments with our team, and we are truly sorry that we did not deliver this experience during your stay. We are glad that you enjoyed our breakfasts and your time in Lenox. Our bathroom vanities are the traditional height of 30-32 inches. Newer vanities are trending upwards to as much as a 36 inch height, which is considerably higher. We appreciate your suggestion to raise the height, as we update our rooms on an ongoing basis. We stand behind our promise of a great experience. Unfortunately, in our Main House rooms we are not able to have air conditioning operating at all times during the year, and we did not have it running yet in April. We apologize that this was not more clearly explained to you and no option of another room or a fan was offered - it should have been. Normally the coffee is started by 7 AM each morning by our breakfast staff, so it is not clear why it was not on this day. We strive to ensure each guest receives top level service during their stay, and we did not meet that mark, for which we apologize. We stand behind our commitment to service excellence, and would be happy to further address with you if you get in touch with us at the Inn. Thank you again for sharing this important feedback with us.
