This was a last minute booking for a spa getaway. The hotel itself is lovely and with so many facilities, including a Starbucks stand, I didn't have to leave the building if I didn't want too. The apartment I stayed in was compact but a lovely touch of privacy and had everything I could possibly need for my night away. The pool and spa areas were small but very clean. It's a pity the jacuzzi wasn't working during my stay. The gym was also small but was quiet and had everything I needed. I also booked myself in for a treatment at the spa too. I would certainly go back.

The hotel was nice, the restaurant is a bit pricey. Location is good with an excellent view of the Tower and Tower Bridge. However, the room was very warm (no air conditioning) and when we opened the windows we heard construction early each morning.
We also received a call from the front desk staff at 1:17am, they were returning our call but we had not called them. That was a bit annoying.
