The property around the hotel was dirty, trash in shrubs. Ice in the parking lot from a leak somewhere left untreated and dangerous. The exterior door had a rock holding it open and unsecure, removed it twice and it was replaced. Hot tub not working, elevator not working. Furniture, carpet, towels and curtains in room had stains on them. Large pieces of paint flaking off in bath tub.

Unsafe environment with exterior doors circumvented and ignored, construction not indicated in advertisements and not clearly marked with appropriate warning signs, tape or other deterrents. Tripping hazzards at door threshold by large warn hole in filthy old carpet. Stench in room. Shower unclean and spray nozzle shoots water out sideways onto floor. Many holes in light blocking screen, neglect. Elevator inoperable. Grounds in substandard disarray. Unprofessional management being quite loud, singing to earbuds very early in morning to awaken guest, intolerable boisterous conversations throughout early morning hours. Management says guest are wrong, denying unprofessionalism and making crude accelusations in a defiant and defensive protest to confrontation. Management failed and neglected to cancel the reservation as promised after request was clearly made. Condescending remarks by staff. Unsafe and substandard conditions. Staff refuse to refund. Horrible representation of the brand.

The property has gone downhill since the last time I stayed there. Fixtures in bathroom rusty, bathtub/shower in poor shape. Couch bed terribly stained at the end with red stains - so nasty we wouldn't let my granddaughter sleep on it. The staff is great, they are doing their best. Breakfast was pretty good.

The property was ver dirty and the staff at the front desk were unbelievably rude! The light above the sink would not turn off which is out in the open in front of the King bed. At breakfast there was old crusty crumbs in the waffle mix, the spray for the waffle mix was out of date expired in September! There were gnats flying around the juice machine at least 20 of them! There were crumbs all over the floor in the room and in the hall! Overall experience was terrible! Since the light kept us up and wouldn’t turn off I called the front desk to see what he could do and he said “well I’m not a technician” then I said could we get a refund of some sort, he said “ you’ll have to call management on Tuesday morning” then with no bye or anything he just hung up! Very bad service!

There were water stains on the ceiling, (and we were on the first floor) so we were guessing they have a serious plumbing issue. It had a weird smell as soon as you walked in and the breakfast was tasteless. The eggs or what should've been eggs tasted like crumbles of cotton balls. The waffle maker was not working properly. it didnt cook the mix all the way. So we just threw everything away and when to McDonalds.

It’s quiet but they were doing some renovations on my floor so it gets loud in the morning and smell like paint. This particular hotel could definitely use a bit of work and refresh. Carpet has worn spots and the grout in the bathroom is coming out on tile floor. Breakfast was very sparse compared to some hotels I’ve been to. It wasn’t as good as some of The Comfort Suites I’ve been in, but not that bad for the price.

1 night stay to cool off....
Our home AC had been out 2 days, we were tired of sleeping in a 90+ degree house... I jumped on Hotels.com and this place had the highest rating for the price. Room was great, beds comfortable and NICE AND COLD AC! The guy who checked us in was a bit "sketchy" looking, not really "dressed" for a hotel front desk person. My only real complaint was the hotel breakfast was just awful. OJ was rancid.. I think they were eggs. and sausage patties should never look that gray... We came home to a cool house.. was grateful to find a quiet cool place to sleep...

This location had ants around the sink, room smell old or moldy. Carpet stayed wet, spots on the pictures in the bathroom that looks like mold. Thin walls could hear the next room snoring. Dirty, moldy ceiling above the hotel "store" area, pot smell throughout the hallways, floors feel like they're breaking underneath your feet on the 3rd floor hallway, room was good but the smell permeates, I didn’t feel like the A/C worked very well in the room.

When you walk in, everything is beautiful, in which I gave a compliment...the cartwheel thing was dirty and when I went to the 3rd floor the doors was scratched, looked like jail cell doors, the bed had stains under the sheets, the mattress had blood stains, the desk person didn't want me to pull the sheets back in the 2nd room and then he finally pulled them back, walls was dirty, I had to change rooms, fridge dirty. So i took a shower in my shoes in the 2nd room, smoke detectors was missing, I was itching in the 1st room and found out later the hotel was known to have bed bugs, laundry coin kept jamming for $2, pool water was not filtering properly, I did not get in and could see a film floating on top of the water, pool chairs dirty, gnats flying around the eating area when I got coffee, a dude walking with no shirt or shoes on with an alcohol bottle in his hand, front desk was sleep, I saw carpet stains, unsure if it has been cleaned, my son and I watched a girl pass by wondering what's wrong with her, when she passed by the door my son said she had no shorts on, that she was in her undies... I passed up 4 hotels to get to this one thinking it was clean and cute, Never Again, It's hulled out and my next stop is not in this area. And they don't speak English, so how can they help you properly and professionally. Money Wasted... Oh but the 2nd room bed was comfortable as I don't know what! And the cleaning man kept slamming doors to the point I had to look out and see.

Our first room did not have working A/C, we were moved and our bed was broken in the other room, and the breakfast was poor. The waffle maker was broken and the food was not good. The experience was fine and manageable i.e. not the best but not the worst.

This was the worse experience ever, the employees at the hotel are very rude and nasty, they say free Wi-Fi but the Wi-Fi doesn’t work and they tell you too many people are using it that’s a strike one, the bathrooms are filthy and stinky house keeping doesn’t come to the room to clean the breakfast is horrible and not to leave out upon me checking out the house keeping lady came into the room to clean and she didn’t even change out the sheets, she came right into the room and made the bed while I was leaving I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their money or time at this hotel

Room looked fine. Woke up to ants in husband’s CPAP. They were quick to move us. New room had some foundation issues (very noticeable slope) Room was clean from shoulders down (someone left nose strips on top of bathroom door frame). Breakfast was bad. They had run out of almost everything with 45 minutes left. Fresh fruit was far from fresh. Yet everyone was nice and polite.
