perfect location for conferencePosted May 21, 2015
Pros: location. price
Cons: its an older building so rooms arent terribly quiet but i had no issues.
Location: tons of bars and restaurants
the oasis was perfectly situated nearby the hynnes conference center. there are plenty of excellent restuarants and bars all in the area. i saw some people complained about the rooms. i had no issues with my room at all. it was nothing glamorous but also the price i paid was a fraction of the other big hotels. i would certainly return

Pros: i like the location, clean
the hotel have a good location. just 3 minute walk from subway. but the room is very small and tiny. just only 1 queen bed is already full in room. you can just walk to sleep. and we stay 2 nights so good luck that we dont have big body. the room look like that should stay juat only 1 person.

Great location for Boston Back BayPosted May 2, 2015
Pros: Location, price (relative to the neighborhood), lobby.
Location: Location was great...very walkable to anywhere in Back Bay.
In town for one night to attend an event at the Hilton Back Bay. Tired of always staying in the chain hotels in cities with their homogenous design and inflated prices. Oasis Guest house was a nice departure. The lobby area in both the Oasis and it's sister property Adams House a few doors down have maintained the cozy feel of the original historic row house. Unfortunately the room I stayed in at the Adams House was basic plain vanilla renovation with non of the character of the old house. That's okay though because the room was clean. comfortable and serviceable. Having a room with the historic character of the old house would have been icing on the cake, but not necessary. I would definitely stay there again when in the Back Bay.

Great bed and breakfast in a convenient locationPosted Apr 7, 2015
Had a great experience. We arrived early, were promptly checked in and allowed into our room before the official check in time. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The shared bathroom was very clean and there is even an outdoor deck. The bed and breakfast is in a really convenient downtown location on a quiet street. Great breakfast included in room rate.

Great, clean place with all the amenitiesPosted Apr 6, 2015
Cons: Everything was fine for me.
Location: It is in the heart of the Berklee music school. Easy access to multiple train lines, and the neighborhood has plenty of places to eat.
I stayed at Oasis for one night while at a conference. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, and I was even able to check in 4 hours early. Another perk was that they left tea, coffee, and breakfast items out well into the afternoon. My room was clean, although don't expect any palatial interiors. The rooms are modest. This is exactly what I was looking for, and I would choose this place again the next time I'm in town.

Small comfy placePosted Feb 18, 2015 on Hotels.com
It was a nice small place. If you like a large room, it is not for you. But shared bathroom was very clean and room was comfortable. You could get free breakfast and hot tea throughout the day/night.
