Did the trick

Pros: It was just what we needed. Breakfast was good, and the kitchenette was nice. Pool and hot tub were also a plus.
Cons: The price, the "cancellation" policy, and the parking were not great.
I was here for a weekend for graduation with my other half. It was a pleasant stay overall. There were some good parts and not so awesome parts. Good first: It was convenient to have an equipped kitchenette. The hot tub and pool were nice. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. There were no hitches when we got there. Everything went smoothly. Not so good: The price was way too expensive for what it was--a standard room. It was, however, a busy weekend. Then, Expedia's free cancellation--doesn't apply. Maybe the cancellation would have been free on Expedia's end, but the hotel would not allow me to cancel my room when I called. I noticed that I had meant to get a room at the Residence Inn Boston Harbor location, but I had booked the Tudor Whorf location. I tried to switch locations, but I was informed that I would be fully charged for the Tudor Whorf location, in spite of giving the cancellation notice nearly a week out. That's the hotel's policy, apparently. So, when Expedia says they have a free-cancellation policy, but it may not apply to certain hotels, just know that the Residence Inn is one hotel whose cancellation policy does not align with Expedia's cancellation policy. Parking was disgruntling. You had to pay for valet or pay for the lot. Either way, it was inconvenient because we had to drive to all of our locations in Boston.

Room was greet and spacious. If your doing anything at the TD Garden would highly recommend. Ask the front desk about a short cut

WONDERFUL PLACe

Pros: Clean - friendly & on the water
Cons: Prices.
Location: Science Museum. Childrens Museum, D
For years I have always stayed at Omni in boston - this year went with friends and I needed a two bedroom suite. This place was wonderful! Highly recommend. We plan on staying there again in summer. Just my husband and I. Went with 7 people- 4 adults - 3 young kids and we all loved it. Early check in- helpful with directions. Cab station right there. At 12-1am one of kids got sick and had to be taken to ER -- they helped get ambulance and was very resepectful and concerned for the little girl ( everything was fine by the way) I am beyond pleased with the hotel and beautiful location right on the water. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing stay .

Had a wonderful stay . Mon thru we'd there was a snake time which allowed us to save some money , and shop a little more . Hotel has a beautiful view of the marina . Staff was amazing friendly true Bostonians .. Will come come as much as possible .

Winter Get-a-way Weekend

We stayed here because of it's proximity to the TD Garden, which ended up being only about a 15 minute walk. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The staff was more than helpful with my questions and directions. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Would love to give a special thank you to Kiana and Eileen who went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and helpful! The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

outside construction kept me awake all night

There was drilling right outside our room and we did not sleep at all! It was horrible. They should not put customers on that side of the hotel during construction.
