Very comfortable and clean hotel.Posted Nov 23, 2012
Pros: Lovely to have a bath you can lay down properly in.
Cons: Pillows, too small.
Location: Within walking distance of centre but also very close to tram line.
Was very pleasantly surprised as we have not stayed in one of these hotels before. Staff friendly and efficient. Room very clean and comfortable.

great hotel. but skip the breakfastPosted Nov 14, 2012
Pros: weekend deals! stylish and clean and comfortable
Cons: dont go there too watch television, or dont take your bike but instead bring your own breakfast from the supermarket around the corner
Location: a boring neighboorhood. just 10 minutes walk from very nice residential area at day. at night probl.zombies roam the street but nobody there to see.
I like this hotel very much. the best I stayed in for many years. okay it is brad new ! but there is more.. it is the style, the decoration, the ambiance.. very stylish yet not over-designed or sterile! the people that work there are friendly and helpful and all this taken into account the ver sharp deal I got for a weekend stay: yes I am gonna stay here again. two downfalls wich should be taken care of: I could not park my bicycle anywhere! it is a very expensive one and I had it park on the street... (in holland! where bikes more or less evoparate overnight on the street) and the breakfast! to pricy! 19 euro's! that is a total rip off. guess thay wanted to make up for the sharp weekend deal! I dont want anti-oxidant-breakfast (because that is what they offer) for 19 euros! I just want a piece of bread with a little bit of cheese and an apple. hotel is situated in a office and business area very close to main railwaystation and main public transortations lines. wireless worked without a hassle! only every day you have to ask for thenew code. that should be different. why not give me a code that lasted my whole stay? quality of the television.... it is an old CRT you know, the bulky ones every one had at the end of the 90-s. no HR-screen, more the opposite: low-resolution

NH Den Haag - Extra ChargesPosted Nov 12, 2012 on Hotels.com
The NH Den Haag was a very quiet and comfortable hotel, only minutes on the Randrail from the centre of Den Haag. From a business perspective, the services are expensive. The promised free internet is so poor that you forced to upgrade at a cost of Euros 70.40 per week ( more expensive per day). The free calls included in the business package have a Euros 5 charge per connection fee, which is probably somewhere in the small print. These two points, for me, detract from the overall good provided by NH, which is otherwise good value.

The hotel's close proximity to all facilitiesPosted Nov 12, 2012 on Hotels.com
I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, except the quality of the Internet is poor! It is very slow. In this morden age, most hotels in the world provide free internet facilty with more power speed than the NH hotels. I complained about the poor internet facility to the hotel receptionist. The person acknowledged the fact and said this is problem with all NH hotels! To compete with the other hotels, the NH hotel management needs to address this issue or else they will put off some of their customers!

Great and Relaxed Hotel with some unique perks!Posted Nov 7, 2012 on Hotels.com
Hotel was clean and comfortable and with the breakfast finishing at 12pm and the late checkout at 5pm on Sunday this made it idea for a romantic city break. Breakfast was good also with everything fresh although personally I would have liked to have also seen smoked salmon or sausage there (best eggs in the world though). I would say that if you are sharing a room with a friend or colleague there is a pane of translucent glass that separates the bathroom to the room so make sure you are not embarrassed of them!! Also the beds were on wheels so were always sliding from the wall which was annoying when watching TV etc. Overall though I would definitely recommend this place!

It was better than expected, although one night they 'forgot' to make the bed. I would return nevertheless.

very clean and spaciousPosted Oct 15, 2012
Pros: cleanliness and location
we booked a standard room and we were pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of it, we would stay here again but we found the male receptionist's attitude a little unfriendly and sarcastic.

Terrible internet!!!Posted Sep 29, 2012 on Hotels.com
I really need to use the Internet during my stay. Don't count on it being good! Forget about using it in the room. For the wifi you have to go into the hall or lobby. Even then it's very slow. Otherwise nice business hotel. Very clean and trendy.

Good choice, would recommendPosted Sep 27, 2012
The quality of the room and its furnishings are great, similar to what you'd get at a Hilton or Marriott. Location is also good. It is walking distance to the major sights and there's even a supermarket 4 blocks away. Things I did not like so much: (1) free internet is on the slow side, (2) not many staff at reception, (3) parking is expensive 15 euro a day.
