2nd time at this brilliant Hotel. Ideally situated to explore The Hague and surrounding area with just a 15 minute walk into Delft City Centre. The rooms are light and airy with excellent beds. The staff are fantastic and very knowledgable. Definitely will stay again.

We stayed at the hotel during the summer vacation. It is clean and the room we stayed in was large and nicely equipped. You are at a short walking distance from public transport, and if you decide to walk into Delft it will take you a maximum of 25 minutes to the center. Breakfast is identical each and every day, not varied, and not very tasty. It is better to eat at a different place. The minus side was the personnel, some of whom seem unhappy to be working in a hotel and to work with guests. For example, at breakfast: the older personnel was unfriendly and one lady even looked disapprovingly at her watch when we came to breakfast at 09:40, because "breakfast is until 10". Or, another example: On the last day of our stay we came back from breakfast and discovered our key did not open the door anymore (all our suitcases were still inside). The receptionist did not offer any explanation or apology, just handed us another key. These are just two examples of several incidents. Generally, the atmosphere in the hotel is not very pleasant. I would recommend the hotel for the location and cleanness, but if you want a place with a warm, friendly atmosphere for a vacation, this is not.

Best hotel I have stayed in, and I have stayed in 5 star hotels. The rooms are massive, the staff are incredibly friendly and the breakfast was amazing! I absolutely loved it! Will definitely be coming back!

Very easy to access by car, but close enough to the old city centre that you can still walk to it. Right through the old city gate. Kitchenette was nice to have with a family.

Well kept hotel, very nice staff. Excelle t resteraunt with good menu. Resonably priced. Air conditioned room and clean. Downside was the cleaning staff. We chose to have are room cleaned on our 2nd day there and specifically asked for new bedsheets but they didnt change them.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended!
Fantastic stay. The family room for the 3 of us was great! Breakfast option is decent, though on the 2nd day, refill of food was not done on time (until we finished our breakfast, they did not replenish). Room and bathroom was spotless clean. Bedding and pillows were super comfortable. Loved the hotel. Great location, right off the highway. Free parking is a bonus. Will highly recommend to anyone. Will stay again without hesitation.

Amazing stay!
Everything was very nice! From check in to check out. There was a nice gym and a sauna (seperate for female and male). The hotel looks new, although it is not. But they have new furniture of IKEA which is next door. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Service is also excellent, I forgot my phone (stupid me!) and after hours of having checked out, I called them and the lady from frontdesk even went to the room herself to check it. They luckily found it! An extra is that the soap smells fabulous!! (Compared to some other hotels;) ) I also like it that the WiFi is secured with a password. For the rest very lovely, kind and service minded staff. Would really recommend to stay here!
