Concierge was a delightful woman, that gave us great advise about taking an Architectural tour via boat, we had a wonderful time. Hotel staff were very pleasant, and the room was neat and clean. Very comfortable sleeping. Beautiful ceiling in hotel lobby. We would stay again, in a heart beat.

"A beautiful landmark and a comfortable stay"
If you want to enjoy the Shedd Aquarium, Planetarium, and the Field Museum, this is an ideal place to stay. The Chicago Museum Campus is within reasonable walking distance and the Hilton Chicago (formerly the Conrad Hilton, built as the Stevens Hotel) is an amazing landmark. The staff is attentive and professional. I would rate the Hilton Chicago in my top three including th Le Meridian Tokyo and the intercontinental Toronto.
