the Staff is fantastic ... especially Gabriel at the front desk. He was great!
Would for sure stay again, just know, it is a little bit dated in the rooms"
A verified traveler stayed at Congress Plaza Hotel
"I was attending a conference and stayed here for 2 days. The room was very clean, comfortable and had all the was needed. It’s also very walkable to most points of interest downtown. Would stay here again!"
A verified traveler stayed at The Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown
"I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel and my stay considering the room was significantly less than others in the area. My room was small and nothing fancy but it was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. A small fridge would have been nice but there didn't seem to be much space for that in the room, perhaps some of the bigger rooms have other amenities. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again should I be in the area."
