Lovely place, excellent breakfast, although need more eggs at busy time ! And turn the toaster up a bit! Needed extra pillow and none in the cupboard, and a knack to flushing the loo!! Generally, highly recommended stay, quiet, warm and friendly and reasonably priced.

Very tired out property, room could have done with redecorating, chipped paint everywhere. Carpet was sticky in places, one of the lights didn't work, not a pleasant smell in the room. Bed was horrendous like sleeping on a water bed with every spring you could feel. Bar area was very tired, one of the bench seats had a great big hole in it, nothing like the photos. Didn't inspire us to have breakfast here. Heard every siren that went past in the night,in the morning the window wàs dripping with condensation, like Niagara falls. Staff were ok, not the happiest. Didn't say on website had to pay for parking, only found the hotel car park after paying for parking.

Very close to the station and ten inutes walk to downtown an the castle. Internet is reliable
