It was a good hotel at that price. The room was good. There was a little bit of problem in the rest room drainage, but it is alright. Thanks.

Nice hotel, convenient to catch the bus

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: Comfortable bed, interesting things to do, convenient transportation
Cons: The staff needs to be updated on the status of airport shuttle, better direction for first guests, and more plug in available in the room
Location: Bus stop to The Strips (where all the light shows and large hotels located) and the Outlet is in the front of the hotel
The hotel is far enough from The Strips that it is quiet at night, and the price is affordable. Yet there is a Deuce stop right in front of the hotel that it is very convenient to go to any other hotels

A mixed feelings about this hotel.

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Checked in the room which had been occupied. It took a long time for correction because of the distance between the lobby and the room and the weekend crowds. The writing desk light was inop. And the only other light source is a night table light. A very dark room. A great place for kids who would enjoy the rides at the adventure done. And the circus acts too. Overall it does offer a variety of attractions to family vacation seekers.

Okay but lots of kids...

Posted Mar 30, 2015
We had kids running halls and all over casino. If you are vacationing as adults, not recommended! Room was clean and nice view, but you are far away for the action of the strip and taxis do not want to tote you back this direction at night.

Las Vegas on a budget

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: Free Circus Acts performing every 30 minutes at the Midway and excellent if you must bring the kids along with you.
Cons: Rooms needed updating and carpets were very grubby.
Location: Providing you are reasonably fit, walking distance to new shopping mall and Stratosphere, indoor sky diving across the road.
Far less expensive than the top hotels on the strip. Recommend that you use the local bus service as a very long walk to the monorail. It was a good base to work from to see as much as we could of Las Vegas on a budget. I paid for a weekly monorail ticket before we left and although clean and friendly it is far too far away from the strip at most stops and the bus worked out much better. 3 day pass on bus is $20 and you can use it on any RTC service to visit off the strip destinations. Lots of kids at this hotel and family entertainment but would not recommend Las Vegas as a family destination. I wouldn't have taken mine there, apart from gambling and all day drinking there is too much sex openly on sale and calling cards dropped on every pavement and coupon machine and a lot of hard walking if you want to see as much as possible. Have a break without the kids, take one of their toys and photograph it at all the best locations, it works out much cheaper as well.

Bad first morning

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: Checkout from the room was easy.
Cons: The Manor rooms need to be updated.
Location: The area around the hotel is under construction.
The first night we stayed at the Manor. We were disappointed at the room condition. As we walked to our room the smell of marajuan in the hall way. The we woke up to no hot water in the shower and no cold water in the sink. I had to crawl under the sink to turn the water on. After that a called the front desk to cancel the rest of our stay. They offered us a room in the west tower which ended up to be a huge improvement.

Great view at Skyrise, BUT...

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: The view at Skyrise, adventure dome, cool shopping experience
Cons: Provide refrigerator and microwave!
Location: Great location at the strip
The view at Skyrise was really great, overlooking the stratosphere tower and the strip! Clean room and comfortable beds. But there were no refrigerator nor microwave. It should be provided for clients. I called housekeeping about how we can save our food fresh if there is no refrigerator and she said, "I have no idea!" Big hotels like this should have everything available for their clients' comfort and convenience, and preserving their preferences!
