“Don't Miss Thermopolis”

One of the nicest hotel rooms we had on this journey. We had a corner suite, couldn't fault anything. The complimentary breakfast was ok, nothing special and the pool closed for the season. Within walking distance are the mineral springs swimming pools, a couple of nice walks the hotel opposite had a bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful at this hotel.

Great place to stay and relax! Hot mineral pool right in courtyard. Deep shady porch for reading. Comfortable, clean room with log furniture. This hotel is in a 1918 building that used to be apartments. Right in the park with lots of walking paths. Next to river. Perfect location and best hotel in Thermopolis.

“An oasis in the middle of Nowhere”

Extremely nice hotel in the middle of no man's land. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. We would love to go back for a longer visit. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

“Unexpected gem”

Great hotel and right in the park. Nice room - clean and quiet. Thermopolis is a nice little town and the location of the hotel right next to the river and the mineral is perfect.

“Great stay”

The room was very clean as was the outside pool/spa area. Breakfast was mostly good-fresh coffee and juice, fresh fruit.

Pefect location right next to the river and the park - hotel staff were proffessional and helpful - room was nice, comfortable and clean!!! Only thing would change is have an extra blanket available - thankfully we had a fireplace so was warm but it gets very chilly at night.

The hotel was clean, but there was only one exit for fire escape. Also, the rooms are off of separate hallways that are extremely noisey.

Easy access from the interstate, but very hard to get back on. No elevator, so avoid upper floors if you have lots of luggage. No breakfast offered, although there is a sports bar on site that has breakfast available. No real coffee pot in the room, just a hot water maker for instant coffee (yuk). Our phone did not work at first, and the desk staff made like we were idiots, until they realized that they had not activated our phone (no apology of course). Also, the staff could not tell us the cleaning schedule for the room, they were clueless. We had to track down the housekeeping supervisor on our own. On the plus side, the bed and the pillows were the most comfortable we have ever encountered in a motel. And they are pet friendly. Bottom line, it was OK, but we will try another place next time we are in town.
