Paintbrush Inn Thermopolis

We have stayed here multiple times. We had two rooms and 9 people. One kitchenette, roll a way bed. Owners are very accommodating always coming to see if we needed anything else.

Crowded with furniture, but otherwise great .

Was a nice little place on our route. Loved the decor in our room.

Horrible exp......

This hotel is very old and small. The bathroom is so small that only one person could be in it at one time and the shower was like showering in a sleeping bag

We stayed at Paintbrush Inn overnight on our way back to Yellowstone Park. The town is very small, but very friendly and safe. The Hot Springs Park was nice to visit. Got some nice pics of buffalo in the park. Location is walkable to town center. The senior aged woman at the front desk who checked us in was so sweet. She checked us in using a spiral notebook and three ringed binder---how often can you experience that in this computer age!!!??? We loved it. The room was not super clean but not super dirty either. Pretty old furniture and decor, but we weren't there to spend a lot of time in the room. No continental breakfast but a McDonalds across the street. no blow dryer. There was a coffee maker in the room. Bed was OK as well as linens. I wasn't happy with the bathroom. It was very small and the installed shower was absolutely too small and the shower head installed too low to get a comfortable shower. Lots of water spilled onto the bathroom floor also. Supposed to have wireless access but I couldn't connect. My group of friends are pretty easy going so this room was OK for us, but if you're pretty particular about your hotel stay, you may want to consider elsewhere.

Never again will I have my wife says at this place!
