“ok hotel for ok price”

not a bad place, nothing great great but acceptable

“Not too bad”

The hotel was clean. The breakfast was not what we expected. Not much hot food. I would stay here again if opportunity presented. Very convenient.

“Nice Super 8”

This Super 8 hotel is really over our expectation.

“Thermopolis's best”

A cheerful place, well-run. Good wi-fi system. Comfortable beds. Quiet rooms. Continental breakfast is only okay, but is free.

“Everything I needed”

Hotel staff was warm and friendly. Room was perfect, rate was good. Wireless had no problems. Breakfast was adequate. Only downside is that the front desk is staffed by one and they are sometimes busy so you have to ring for them.

“Thermop”

Stay was good, peaceful. Room was clean, comfortable.

“Nice layover on way to Yellowstone”

The hotel was clean and comfortable and made available good information on area attractions.

“Clerks were not friendly”

At check-in the printer was out of paper to print my receipt. When I went to check out , I asked the clerk for a receipt. he told me I recieved one when I checked-in. I then told him I did not recieve one because the printer was out of paper. He proceeded to argue with me. I turned and left without a paper receipt. I thought that was poor customer service and will not return to this particular SUPER-8.

“Stinks Cigarette Smoke”

This hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. Even though I requested a non-smoking room, there were so many smokers in the building, the smell was everywhere. I could even smell it in my room. Breakfast? What a JOKE! It was the carb center of the world, with nary a piece of fruit in site.
