The room smelled like someone smoked in it. The front desk staff was rude. A hotel worker threatened to charge me $25 because we left our key in the room and needed a duplicate.

Pros: It was reasonably priced.
Cons: The motel could be updated.
Location: Easy to find at the edge of town. A hardware store next door and a fueling station across the street.
The hotel was OK. The staff was pleasant and helpful and did show some concern since we had a motorcycle. They gave my wife some extra Decaf coffee since they do not fix any for the breakfast. The room was fairly clean. The air conditioner was a little noisy and the toilet did not like to flush.

Pros: The biscuits and gravy, waffles and other foods were good.
Location: We went to the Hot Springs State Park and swam in the mineral water. We also went to the Wyoming Dinosaur Center.
We stayed 4 nights. Our grandson loved the pool, hot tub and pool table. It was an enjoyable stay.

Pros: Staff, quiet, ease of access
Cons: Something to set it apart from the other hotels
Location: Star Plunge, Dinosaur Museum, Big Horn river where the hot springs flows into it, buffalo pasture and Wind River canyon
A little irritated at 730a there was no coffee at either station and breakfast was non existent and no one there to make sure things were kept full. Everyone we dealt with was exceptionally nice and helpful. Very easy access to the room, pool and parking. Very little road noise, neighbor noise and staff noise

Fine stop but get breakfast somewhere else

The room was fine and clean. It looks like the place was remodeled several years ago and could use some touch up. The front desk was fine. But, the breakfast was not good. There was no protein for breakfast, just bread, two cereals and waffles. These were the worst waffles I've ever prepared. I think they doubled the amount of liquid in the batter, so it flowed over the edge and didn't pop up to cook both surfaces, so it was a combination of tough and raw. Not pleasant.

Beds were nice and room was clean. That being said, the first floor stunk of smoke and was not contained to the smoking rooms. The toilets were low flow and barely could handle much more than a liquid waste. In addition, the complimentary breakfast was sparse with few healthy options. If it were the only option, I'd probably stay here again, otherwise, I'd spend the extra and look elsewhere.

Not alot of pride in this one. Sink leaks, poor TV, the chair was worn out, bathroom floor was delaminating, drywall around windows was falling off, the carpet was patched and dirty, the hotel smelled and overall felt very dirty.the last time for us.

Awkward...

-Manager kept touching my arms and back; took me on an uncomfortable tour of the motel. -Reservation took hours to come through, so they authorized my card "just in case" and then ended up not being able to completely remove the charge after the reservation did come through. -Gave me key to an occupied room, which I walked in on. Had to carry my luggage all the way back to the desk to get a different room. -Called me and asked if I was in my pajamas yet, and even though I was, told me to come down and sign new paperwork after my reservation finally went through. -Floor in room was filthy--fingernail clippings, crumbs, etc. Room had been painted, but furniture was old and damaged, beds looked like they had been jumped on after they were made. -Manager raised his voice to a guest while I was checking in and told them they were wrong. He also yelled at an employee right in front of me while I was checking out.

The room was very cold upon arrival, the heater had not been on prior to our arrival took a while for it to warm up. Manager was rude to the older woman working the front desk. Beds were nice, had a bunk bed for the kids that they enjoyed.
