Great hotel , very conveniently situated.Posted Nov 22, 2014
The only disappointing thing was the gentleman who spoke loudly on his mobile phone late at night while smoking profusely outside my room, otherwise hotel was excellent.

Regular place for me to stayPosted Jul 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
As always excellent. What the hotel lacks in luxury touches is more than made up for by superb staff and a very caring environment

A very nice business hotel and with all amenities.Posted Jan 7, 2014
Pros: The hotel had good clean rooms, attentive staff and a good food spread which I loved.
Cons: They could have attractive rates for the Budget Family Traveller also.
Location: The hotel is in the centre of the city and one can visit the prominent sight seeing spots very easily from the hotel.
Excellent stay, good clean rooms, good staff who were very polite and catered to our needs. They had an excellent restaurant and the spreads were superb. Would recommend this hotel to friends. Being a Biz hotel it may be a tad expensive for the budget traveller.

When in India always stay in a new hotel. Maintaining and upgrading is not the Indian culture.

StopoverPosted Dec 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Below average hotel but in a convenient location. Do not book a car from the hotel fir an excurtion as the rates will b higher then normal and they will not deliver on the promises made at the time of booking.

The most comfortable hotel in our trip to KeralaPosted Dec 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
We spent a week in Kerala, and this was the most comfortable and modern hotel of the 3 that we visited. Rooms also have a safe, which is a nicer alternative to taking all your valuables with you when leaving the hotel. Breakfast was included, and it was plentiful in amount and variety, although since we were in the area, we would have preferred more Keralan options. There is also a nice rooftop restaurant, although a tad overprice, and a bar that could use some more lighting, although it was nice to kick back and have a beer just downstairs.
