“Good place to stay”

This was a nice room. There is no elevator to the second floor though. That was the only drawback. It's close to restaurants and very convenient.

“Suggestions for improvement”

Would like an in room coffee pot and, for my smoking room, an ashtray would have been nice. The bed was extremely comfortable.

“Decent overall, but could use some updating.”

Check in staff was apparently unfamiliar with Expedia bookings. They only showed one room instead of two, and were unsure as to whether we had paid already. Finally worked things out. Room was not bad. Had a fridge, good soap, decent tv. (Had a problem with channels, four of which were the same. They took care of it while I was away during the day. Bedspread and chairs were stained. Was disappointed that I could not work out in the gym before 6 am, even though the facility was completely separate from the rest of the building. 5 am would be nice.

“Nightmare Stay”

Very dissapointed by the quality of management staff,beds not comfortable at all, reserved rooms & paid for weeks in advance, wasn't ready when arrived, overall very poor service. Need new management staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Disappointed”

The hotel does not have an elevator so you have to carry your bags up stairs. The ice machine etc was located downstairs too. The breakfast was a joke..cold biscuits and make your own waffle. Carpet had very visible stains. Internet doesn't work. Staff was rude.
