Our Room in Real Need of Cleaning/TLCPosted Nov 18, 2013
Pros: Comfortable bed, mostly nice staff
Cons: What I mentioned above. Make sure the rooms are clean and in good repair.
Location: Thomasville is an old-fashioned American town with a traditional downtown, lots of antique shops. Gorgeous Pebble Hill Plantation is 5 miles south.
It wasn't terrible, but close. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but there were ashtrays around and it reeked of stale smoke. There was no TV remote, the desk was sticky and dirty and the toilet-roll holder was broken. The staff was nice, I just think they need a few more of them.

Nice hotel for the pricePosted Oct 19, 2013
Pros: Staff -- they were extremely nice.
Cons: Breakfast rolls (sweet pastries) were not very appetizing; Also, the furniture in the rooms could be upgraded (slightly worn).
Location: Thomasville is filled with things to do; it's a wonderful town.
The management at this Econo Lodge was extremely accommodating, and very courteous. They seemed to take an interest in me, engaging in conversation whenever we were together. My room was very clean. In all, it was a relaxed environment and that made my 5 day stay very pleasant. I'm coming back in December to close on a house in Thomasville.

OK for the price.Posted Aug 28, 2013
Cons: Price too high for what you get.
Location: Thomasville a nice town. Could use more food choices and some things close early Sat. and not open Sunday.
Good Location. Room dated but clean. Needs more outlets. Breakfast lacking. Limited selection and coffee cups too small with no real cream. Dog Kennel next door too loud.

not againPosted Aug 25, 2013
Pros: the only thing that was ok was the lady at the check in desk.
Cons: a total upgrade of the rooms
Location: there was a mall, eating places, wal-mart
When we arrived to the property, they put us in a room all the way in the back of the property. When we got in the room we look it over there was a roach on the floor dead, the toilet had something on the inside of the commode which looks like feces. the tub wasn't clean, no iron in the room. We call front desk about the issues of the room, she sent someone to come back and clean the commode again. She said she would have a iron the next day, the next came still no iron, the listing said wifi, we couldn't connect to it. After all these issues I would not recommend the property to anyone. It really needs an upgrade.

The keycard would not work so I could not get into my room. Smelled like smoke and it was a non smoking room.

they have very poor service and the people up at front desk were very poorly trained in hotel procedures when dealing with online booking.

Dog kennel is VERY loud in the early morning so you wake up to a thousand dogs barking. Barely hot water. Very nasty blankets on beds Low cost so low quality
