“Surprisingly quiet”
My main impression of this hotel is how quiet it was for being so close to I-85. There was no traffic noise, and even on a busy Saturday night, I was not disturbed by noise from other guests. The continental breakfast had self-serve Belgian waffles, two kinds of cereal and juice, an assortment of pastries, and coffee of course. Not fancy, but if you are in a hurry it will keep you from going hungry. I didn't eat at the on-site pizza parlor, but noticed it did offer ice cream in a display case. The next nearest choices to eat appeared to be one Interstate exit east at state route 109 (exit 103). The pool is large and way across the back parking lot, so any noise from that won't disturb you, either. Wear your flip-flops to get there and back, though; hot asphalt!
