THE FIRST TIME I STAYED WAS GREAT, SO THEREFORE I BOOKED THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I BOOKED ON HOTELS.COM. MY FIANCE AND I TRAVELED FROM ATLANTA TO ALABAMA. WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AT 1:00 AM. I GET TO THE FRONT DESK AND CAN'T CHECK IN BECAUSE THE WRONG DATES WE'RE BOOKED.BUT KEEP IN MIND MY HOTEL STAY WAS PREPAID. HOTELS.COM GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND UNTIL ABOUT 7:00 AM CLAIMING THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN DUE TO UPDATES. WE WE'RE TRAVELING 2 WEEKS LATER TO THE SAME AREA AND I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY FOR MY STAY THOSE 2 NIGHTS AND USE MY PREPAID STAY FOR MY NEXT STAY AND THE HOTEL MANAGER REFUSED..MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT...THE HOTEL MANAGER REFUSED TO HONOR MY DATES AND MY FIANCE AND I HAD TO END UP SLEEPING IN OUR TRUCK. I TRAVEL A LOT AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THE WAY WE WE'RE ON THAT NIGHT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE , BUT IT WAS THROWN OUT THE DOOR THAT NIGHT. I DON'T REMEMBER THE LADY NAME THAT TRIED TO CHECK US IN BUT SHE WAS AMAZING. MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR DATES BEFORE YOU BOOK BECAUSE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF...I WILL NEVER STAY AT THOMASVILLE, ALABAMA QUALITY IN EVER AGAIN!
