Didn’t have any towels, washcloths or tissues. Missing one bedspread blanket. No soap, conditioner or bath mat. Didn’t have any to bring when asked and told there was nothing they could do about it. We’d arrived late and had to leave early. Very unprepared for people to stay. The motel was not at full capacity according to the parking lot. How is a room reserved a month in advance not ready? Seemed a very short string operation but it was clean. But a clean room isn’t much help when you need a shower and clean up.

The room smelled like an ashtray though it was non smoking. The sink leaked 24/7, there was no remote for the TV or chair for the desk. Pot smoking and domestic arguments outside my door. Housekeeping made the bed once in 5 days, never cleaned anything and left my door adjust when the left so anyone could have walked in.

Upon arrival there was no light fixture in bathroom. Housekeeper said he could put a lamp in bathroom for us. Very undesirable people loitering around parking lot. Appeared unsafe. We never took occupancy. Told front desk that we would seek other hotel and asked for refund. Would NEVER have stayed at that hotel.

Front desk lady was very rude and not just me other guests as well, it seemed like if they wanna clean you room they if not who cares attitude, had to go get my towels and wash clothes on daily basis and also had to clean my own floor because I don’t believe it was clean since they put it in. I’m not hard to please by no means but this place was well below par when it could be a good place!

There seem to be several people who reside at hotel and they are very noisy during the night. Wasnt sure what qas going on but felt like we had to keep checking on car in parking lot.

Asked 3 times for a second towel and wash cloth, nope, used hand towels. Bedside light out. No breakfast as advertised but they did make us coffee fresh at 9am when it was empty. Fire alarm went off in all rooms at 230 am due to a microwave in somones room, they Work Though!

My only issue was that right after i showered i walked barefooted and my feet became filthy in no time. From doing this type of work in the past. I know those floors are not being mopped as often as they should. And the fact that I had issues with my tv and i only had tv available the evening prior to leaving the room for the night.

Computers were down and had to wait 45 minutes to check in. When I got to the room, the cleaning lady was still there. When I went in I couldn’t stay in the room because of the strong cleaning smell. She used on the floor, so had to prop the door open. Loud yelling in the evening. Room is nicely remodeled, but bed sags. Price was good though.

Check in lady was sweet that was the only good thing about this whole fiasco. Get into room used soap in bathtub, hair ties around the shower head, dead bugs on floor, tv did not work (which she did fix). 2 am fire alarm in rooms starts blaring multiple times, called and different lady said she does not know why and it is not a concern. Person checking in at 3 am repeatedly blowing his horn with his remote on his car and talking so loudly that it kept me up an hour. VERY NOISY, bed was like sleeping on a brick.. I would have done better just sleeping in my car at least I would have gotten some actual sleep. NO coffee or breakfast at 6:15 am when I checked out even though it says there was to be free breakfast.

After being offered a different room bc neither the toilet seat nor the toilet bowl had been cleaned, the second room proved to be even worse - used shopping bags, debris that looked like dirt or loose tobacco, liquid, in all drawers, no ice bucket or drinking cups in room, filthy flooring, stained chair, unwiped bedside table surface with multiple beverage rings, fire alarm in room went off w/o cause at 6 AM, no sugar for coffee in breakfast room. I sent photos to the nice and apologetic night staff, Kimberly, who said she’d send to her manager. I asked for a discount bc of the state of room 113, but have not heard from the manager. Now I believe a full refund is due.
