After being offered a different room bc neither the toilet seat nor the toilet bowl had been cleaned, the second room proved to be even worse - used shopping bags, debris that looked like dirt or loose tobacco, liquid, in all drawers, no ice bucket or drinking cups in room, filthy flooring, stained chair, unwiped bedside table surface with multiple beverage rings, fire alarm in room went off w/o cause at 6 AM, no sugar for coffee in breakfast room. I sent photos to the nice and apologetic night staff, Kimberly, who said she’d send to her manager. I asked for a discount bc of the state of room 113, but have not heard from the manager. Now I believe a full refund is due.
