Clean and easy to get to

Pros: Location to train station and the cats whiskers cafe (which was awesome)
No concerns the hotel is locatedclose to shops and cafes, the rooms were small but for an overnighter completely adequate for our requirements

Not worth the $140!

The toilet seat was up upon arrival as if a man had used it there was dirt and hair around the back of the toilet. The plug in the sink had to be physically removed to let the water drain out. The building works behind the hotel went all night and woke me up numerous times.

Basic but comfortable.

Pros: Clean room, helpful staff.
Cons: Early check-ins would be appreciated.
Location: We visit for hospital appointments so don't do much sightseeing.
No frills hotel, clean and comfortable with helpful staff. Traffic noise made it impossible to open windows.

Thankyou for a wonderful stay! From the muffins personally warmed up in the cafe on a late check in to a much appreciated late checkout with the reception manager Saturday afternoon our entire experience at Ibis was wonderful! Affordable, clean, friendly, accomodating. We travelled to Sydney for a big dance event and will definitely stay again!

No one turned up to serve breakfast at 7 as advertised - didn't show up until 45 minutes later! Otherwise ok.

Comfortable bed, disorganised breakfast

The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room was fine for the price. The number of people wanting to eat breakfast seemed to be a surprise to the staff - many of the food items on the buffet had run out, and took more time than we had to be refilled, so not a good value breakfast experience.

Very nice hotel. Close to a lot of facilities such as a train station, woolies, liquor store, maccas and more. Friendly staff, especially the manager George (I think that's his name). Excellent food and THEY HAVE WATERMELLON GELATO!! :-D

Good service, clean room, comfortable bed, good facilities. I didn't spend much time there but the stay was very pleasant and the hotel was very good.
