Old and worn out. Key card kept being canceled and had to go to desk to have it re set. The pool was a zest pool.

WOW - This place is in bad shape!Posted Aug 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Based on the pictures of the hotel, I thought I was getting an OK deal for a normal room and indoor pool (the only indoor pool I could find in the area, which is the reason I opted to stay here). I was very mistaken! The door to our room looked like blood was spattered and smeared on it, and it looked like there was blood on the tissue box (obviously it wasn't a fresh box). I didn't notice these things until just before bedtime - my girls were too excited to get to the pool for me to scrutinize the room's cleanliness right away. We went down to the pool within minutes of checking in, and couldn't get in with the key card. The door looked like it had been yanked open in the past - the wood laminate near the handle was missing and the plywood beneath was visible. I went upstairs to talk to the front desk, and the receptionist said he wasn't sure the pool was even open, because it was being repaired (which flabbergasted me, as I had called the hotel before I booked to make sure the pool was open, and I know it was the same receptionist who told me the pool was open over the phone). He did something to my card nonetheless and told me I could try again if I wanted, but if I couldn't get in there was nothing he could do. I went back down and managed to get in after yanking the door hard. We were all dismayed at the state of the pool - it was filthy. There were dirt and rust spots all over the floor, the ceiling and vent were very low and it smelled like dirty pennies. SO gross.

Ghetto LodgePosted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
The employees were very friendly, however, the rooms were totally outdated and the hallways were dirty. Towels and trash sat outside of the rooms for days. There was trash and cigarette butts all over the ground outside that were never picked up. At the end if the hallway on the fourth floor was an ice machine and a microwave that was placed on a stand. On top of the microwave there was a plate of moldy nachos that sat there for three days and was never picked up. And the continental breakfast...very pathetic. The chocolate donuts had tiny bits of plastic all over them.

Over Priced & LoudPosted Aug 6, 2013
Pros: Nothing really.
Cons: Someone should attend the breakfast area, to make coffee and restock item's that were out. The area was a complete mess when we got there by 8:30 am
Location: Close to I-25 and a bit loud.
The hotel was really a bit overpriced, and people knocking on the door of the room (420) next to ours until 3:00am! They also tried to charge us twice for our pet, once online and again at the time of check-in. I would never stay there again. The free breakfast had no coffee and everything was gone except waffles, and the place was a mess.

Worst Stay of my LifePosted Aug 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Absolute worst stay of my life. The room was disgusting. It smelled like rotten eggs, there was hair in the sink and shower, garbage still in the room, and stains all over the bedding.

Last room in entire metro areaPosted Aug 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was fine, but they were certainly not ready for all the guests. They were still cleaning rooms when we arrived at 10pm, but in their defense, they probably did not plan on being fully booked.

Nice motel, close to restaurants and gas stationsPosted Jul 9, 2013
Pros: We liked thee location of the motel and the value for the dollar. Rooms were clean and comfortable
Cons: Definitely the continental breakfast could be improved,
Location: Close to many restaurants including a Lonestar Steakhouse on the same lot and an Outback down the street. also many fast food, Butterfly Pavillion
Motel was well maintained and a pretty good value. The continental breakfast was almost non-existent unless you wanted a waffle. The juice machine was empty and needing repair, shooting water all over the floor everytime someone tried to use it. Overall we had an enjoyable and safe stay
