Hotel okay to sleep, change and go. Not a fan if the breakfast selections. Tiny plastic coffee maker which was the biggest turn off. Thank God for Starbucks next door; however for price would look elsewhere next time,

Great place at the price pointPosted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Customer service, location, price
Cons: Décor, faster internet
Location: Next to I-25. Lots of fast food and sit down restaurants in walking distance. Shops like target are a short drive away. 15-20 mins from Denver.
We stayed there for a wedding and just needed a reasonably priced place to stay. The Hampton Inn provides free breakfast and internet. The staff was very accommodating to the many requests we had and was very cheerful about it. I did not get a chance to see the gym or pool but parking was free and food was good. Breakfast hours are very long also so sleeping in is indeed an option. Location is great with many eateries nearby and shopping is not far. My only gripe is the décor is a bit dated but was not an essential feature for our trip. The room was clean and conformable. Top marks again to the staff. TV is full Direct TV lineup and no annoying interactive TV features which so many hotels get wrong.

Unclean roomPosted Aug 7, 2014
Checked-in @ 3 pm and one of our rooms was not clean. Let staff know. Came back@ midnight and room still not been cleaned. Night hostess cleaned it and very apologetic. Next morning day hostess didn't seem to care. Manager left a note basically saying "sucks to be you, that's what you get for using expedia."

Not a 4 star hotelPosted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: not apply
Cons: better pricing for a so/ so hotel
Location: Many restaurants and a park are close.
The Breakfast area was too small. Reclining sofas took up valuable space. Always out of regular blend coffee. Items were not well stocked. No item was good-- all just o.k. The rooms were not soundproof. More like a budget motel. The shower/tub combo was too deep .. hard to get in and out of. The toilet sometimes kept running fixed it myself twice. The faucet leaked around its base. They only provided 2 towels. The coffee maker in the room was a budget pod maker. Bring your own coffeemaker. The room seemed small. The business office for guest was not working. Best thing? Applebees in parking lot and Panera Bread just across the street. Hotels on Tower road (not far from airport) were nicer and cheaper... and they included a shuttle...

Just a bit offPosted Jul 7, 2014
I think the maintenance team needs to focus on the little things - doors that slam, doors that don't close at all, toilet seats that won't stay up, TV and internet issues, etc. Because of crowding, they ran out of breakfast items and they only had a few towels in our room. The rest of our stay was typical of Hampton Inn - nice staff, comfortable beds, perfect climate control, nice pool, decent value for the money.

exceeded expectationsPosted Jul 7, 2014
Cons: The indoor pool was very nice; the breakfast area was large, clean and well managed as well as available for much of the morning.
Location: Lots of services including shopping, restaurants and a regional park with paved trails within a few blocks
Located close to many restaurant choices and a nice paved trail system including Raines regional park within two blocks of the hotel.

Stay was nice exceptPosted Jun 29, 2014
We got the king size bed with a pullout couch. The king size bed was nice but the pullout bed was horrible. It was so bad our children slept on the floor instead of the pull out. Other than that the room was clean but fairly small. The staff was pleasant and the hotel is located close to several restaurants and just off the expressway. The breakfast was less than appealing and it's quality was much less than other hotels we have stayed at on this trip.

Hot, smelly, awful. Did not stay -- I left and went to neighboring DoubleTree Hotel
